Stayed in villa 18a excellent south facing with green area . Loved the pool and running area , staff very friendly , under new management who ten times better than previous owner . Short drive into Montpellier and to wonderful beaches . Parks and French villages. Parking secure and food in restart aunt above average . Great potential . On site transport provided . Pool could open a bit early . Children loved it ,carcassonne within a short drive

Room Tip: Villa 18a south facing near pool great location

We came here as a family group of 8 and the accommodation was spacious. The service in the bars and restaraunt was poor. The place was nearly empty yet they could still not bring food out on time and for the entire table at once.

You park your car in the car park and then have to trolley all your luggage into the complex, which can be a bit of a walk if you are in the house farthest away.

The trolley park is next to reception and the car park, so you don't have to walk far to get your car unloaded. What I found amusing and sad was the fact that they had some IKEA trolleys to move your luggage and also a few Carrefour trolleys from the supermarket a couple of kilometres away.

The swimming pool looks great, but is unheated. The weather was 29 degrees when we were there, yet the pool was only 19 degrees so it was a bit too cold for the kids to stay in for long.

This is a good place to stop for a couple of days if you want to have a slow relaxing time, but not a great place to base yourself from if you want to explore

Apparently the resort is under new management and we had a fantastic stay. Service at reception was prompt and friendly and villas were spotless. Lovely surrounding area and great facilities made for a really nice holiday. Kids loved the open-ness of the resort, we stayed in a big villa which was very spacious.

I booked this through laterooms as a stop over for 2 nights on our way from Montpellier down to the coast. After booking I then read the reviews on trip advisor and was then very worried about our stay. I am sure people have different standards and have had different experiences but I can say thay this place is excellent.

We had a 3 bedroom house for 4 of us and it was clean, reception were welcoming and the pool is fantastic.

The kitchen facilities were fine for a short stay, a little short of work surface space, but then this is a holiday home not a living home.

The only down side is the walk from the car park through the estate to get to your accomodation. However on the plus side it means that as a car free environment children can roam freely and parents do not have to worry.

All in all a good pit stop. Anyone booking for longer should look at a map and it is obvious there is not going to be a lot to do nearby - just plan your holiday better or relax by the pool!

Our four room villa was ok but no luxury. No aircondition on the second floor which makes the rooms very hot upstairs. The kitchen was fairly small but basically ok (Micro, dishwasher, oven, fridge). Could have been more knives, forks, etc. Outdoors, there was a jacuzzi but the resort applies a completely insane pricing (100 euro per week to use the jacuzzi). We did not see anyone using the jaccuzzi so one wonders why they bothered to install jaccuzzis and then price them in a way that makes everyone to resist from using the jacuzzis. The view and privacy of our villa was good but there are a number of houses with a bad location (i.e. immediately adjacent to walk ways so when dining they had to have people passing just a meter or so away from the dinner table). The shop at the area is not really a shop but only a place where you can buy bread and a handful of other articles (but no butter, milk, or similar). The resort is very calm, almost dead in the evening and we lacked evening activities.
The pool was good, quite big and Clean but limited opening hours (10am-7 pm). The resort has an excellent location if you want to travel around in the area. Bed sheets and towels were not replaced during our 14-day stay which is below reasonable expections. .

Room Tip: Try to be careful which house you get (some have very limited privacy). Be prepared for a calm stay...

This resort has the potential to be first class but unfortunately it is managed by total incompetents. Reception is only open a few hours a day and when it is open they are not helpful. When we pointed out there were no cups in our apartment they suggested we drink from breakfast bowls, the restaurant is seldom open. There is information provided about nearby attractions, restaurants or shops. Pity because with a little thought this could first class

We arrived late but got the key from a safe attached to the reception. No explanation about how to get your things to the apartment which was a long walk from the car park. We took to driving around the back and throwing our luggage over the fence to reduce the number of trips to and from the car park. Not really helpful.... We later discovered the trolleys.

It was the end of the season so the pool was closed and very few people were staying there. Reception keeps short hours but we managed to catch someone before they left the next day so we could at least see some TV (French only). When we spoke to reception, they explained that the lovely Jacuzzi attached to the apartment could be used for an extra cost which we were unwilling to pay… (it rained a lot anyway)

The area is interesting so people can take drives to medieval villages or the beach. Montpelier is nice too. The apartment itself was lovely. It was 2 bedrooms and quite roomy. There was air-conditioning but we did not need it. The bedrooms had windows that opened if needed. However, as it was the end of season, the place was quite deserted so had no atmosphere.

It is possible to hit a ball around but the golf course is quite small. There are also extra facilities available (spa and gym) but it all costs extra despite the inference from the website that it was included. We did not bother. We were unaware of anything else available as everything else was closed.

Room Tip: The apartments further away will be quieter although it is a pain to get your luggage from the car p...
