We had a wonderful stay despite the torrential rain throughout the week. Being able to use the resort facilities, including Kids Club, was fantastic. Our 3 year old spent most of the day in one of the pools or playing in the lagoon beaches (in the rain), being at Twin Waters allowed us to give her variety every day. The service from the staff was fine when we saw them, which was rarely as it was all so self sufficient. The unit was clean, modern and spacious. We would recommend this to anybody (in fact we already have) and we will be back.

We planned this stay as we thought that the kids would have a great time. Hotel is average. locks and sills are old and rusted and could do with a good clean. Lagoon is swampy and Stinks. Lagoon water is murky and is so still at night, it looks like something out of a horror movie. Kids refused to do water sports as water was so smelly and dark. Too far to walk to beach and beach is dangerous to swim in. Resort access is terrible. Food in restaurants was terrible. Worst part was the mosquitos. Even with insect repellant, we were eaten alive in the evenings and could not even enjoy a simple evening stroll. Wish someone had warned us about the ugly lagoon and mosquitos. Definitely not worth the money. Will never go there again. Thought the highlight of our trip would be here but it was a big disappointment. In the end, we did not spend any time there, only went back at night to sleep! Great location for a horror movie!!

There are both apartments and villa accommodations. We have tried both and they are of equal comfort and grat value. The location is right next to a lovely lagoon where the kids can play safely with sailboats, kayaks, swim, play on water trampolin. Because you can access the Novotel Hotel facilities there are good restaurants and bars to enjoy as well as land based activities such as archery and Segway. All-in-all -FUN FOR THE FAMILY
