Gondal is a small city near Rajkot district of the Indian state of Gujarat. Gondal state was one of the eight princely states of first class in Kathiawar Agency during the Bombay Presidency. The place does not have many tourist attractions as such except few temples and a museum managed by the royal family of Gondal. The stay at the Orchard Palace is average. The rooms are built in Bristish style with ghe same kinds of beds still maintained in the rooms.
But the most amazing part is the collections of some 60 vintage cars at display which includes a 80's Rolls Royce, 50's Chevrolet, Mercedes and other racer cars also.
Does not require more than a overnight stay and more then days kind off bores you as there is nothing else you can do in the city. More
