We stayed here while walking the Peddars Way and were made very welcome by Marion, with cold drinks in the lovely garden while waiting for our bags to arrive - Steve kindly chased them up for us (nothing to do with Park View!).
The house is beautifully presented and the garden a picture - and our room was great too! We had everything we needed and spent a comfortable night there.
Breakfast was great - as was the chat with fellow guests and Steve and Marion.
We would highly recommend Park View B&B to anyone.

We wanted to find B&B accommodation in the area and after a bit of a search on the net, found the reviews for Park View. They were all glowing and it seemed this must surely be the place to go. Very easy to find, a short drive off the main Hunstanton Road at the Norfolk Lavender turning.
Steve and Marion could not have been more welcoming and were the perfect hosts for our all-too-short stay. Bed was super-comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. After a full English on the first morning, we were definitely up for the same for the second day, but then we saw the pancakes! Seriously, if you need to stay in the area, you don't need to look any further. We will return!

What a wonderful week in Norfolk.I have stayed in many B&Bs and Park View has to be one of the best! From the welcoming tea and home made cake on arrival, to scrumptious breakfasts and spotless room nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Marion and Steve. Excellent position for touring North Norfolk. Country pub in easy walking distance. Perfect!

While walking the Peddars Way long distance footpath, we stayed at Park View B&B in Sedgeford. The rooms and facilities were first class and the owners Marion and Steve were excellent hosts. They also serve a great breakfast.

The added bonus was the King William IV country pub was only a few hundred yards away. If you are in this part of Norfolk the Park View is highly recommended.

Have you ever heard of Sedgeford ? In the middle of nowhere ? Well, if you are walking the Peddars Way & Norfolk Coast path, it means something to you. Moreover Sedgeford lies not so far away from Kings'Lynn, Hunstanton and the magnificent Norfolk Coast. Running a B&B means making feel people at home, holding a conversation with them, taking time to know a bit more of them. This is what you get in Park View, a B&B with clean and nicely decorated rooms.

Excellent small B and B in small village just off Peddars Way. Very warm welcome from hosts with tea and home made buns and who booked table for food at nearby pub which is also good and the only place for an evening meal in the village. Room comfortable with good shower. excellent full breakfast with days weather forecast printed out. All one could ask for.
