I grew up on the beaches of Florida with high rise hotel chains and southern hospitality. As a kiteboarder I have traveled many beaches and rivers. Hawaii, Brazil, California, Florida, Honduras, Costa Rica..and so forth. Background information on whom is giving a review is important to make informed decisions about that person's opinion.
My first stay in Aruba I had booked my accommodations on the high rise side of the island. And it felt much like all the other high rise places I've been..i meet Arais on the beaches of Boca which is a very popular kiteboarding spot. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and all the great local places to dine.
Since then I have been back to aruba multiple times and booked my stay with Club Arais. I love the small town local vibe that you get there.. the people are friendly-- not snooty.. rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is great. You are located minutes away from the best adventure spots. Kiting, diving, horseback riding, off road atv tours... And as an F-one kite dealer (the only kite gear) I now only have to pack a small backpack to make a weekend trip..they will pick you up from the airport (pre-arrange) and get you to the kite spot. he has all the newest F-one gear to buy, rent and, demo.
Special thanks to my now More
