Our one night stay was very enjoyable. Lovely new Clean hotel. Spacious rooms and great breakfast. Easy free parking for guests and very handy to London and airports. Not a lot in the area of interest but a perfect spot for looking around the area . Henley is close by and lovely

Lovely modern hotel with attractive public areas and comfortable rooms. The evening meal was very good and the service excellent. We did have to wait for our table but his was because the hotel was vey busy, but once we were seated there was no delay. Lovely swimming pool and as we were upgraded to an executive room we had the benefit of luxury bathroom toiletries, gowns and slippers, as well as complimentary bottled water. Very good breakfast with extras cooked to order.

Excellent facilities, staff very knowledgable and attentive, clean, modern, very quiet rooms, nice menu, excellent parking, everything you need is on site, even a pianist in the bar! Only slight drawback is the poor shower pressure in our room, but, apart from that, we will be back!

Room Tip: Book rooms ending in 30 or 29, if you don't want people passing the room door in the hall way, though, we heard nothing in our 2 night stay.

Booked well in advance to stay at the hotel for two nights on a weekend, as part of a spa package. Excellent value for money which included executive rooms, spa treatments, three course dinner at the Caprice restaurant and breakfast both mornings. Cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness – it is spotless and really modern. Rooms were spacious with compact bathrooms, comfortable beds but hard pillows ( I had the ‘soft’ option and still found it too hard, but I am being fussy).
Spa treatments were excellent, really relaxing and professional. The pool area was nice – the only thing that could have been improved was the lack of service when ordering food/drinks (we had to wait quite a while on both occasions but I think they may have been short staffed). Probably not even an issue for most guests as they would just use the pool and leisure facilities without ordering food and drink – but when you are enjoying a spa day this is quite important. All the staff were friendly and polite – especially the restaurant guys. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious – a good choice on the menu and food cooked/presented really well. Breakfast was a similar story, and it was a nice touch to be able to order freshly cooked eggs and pancakes.
All in all – a lovely hotel set in a business area, I would stay here again if I visited Reading as it is not too far away from the town either.

We, me and my husband, stayed here as part of a Wimbledon weekend package. We arrived at 10pm thinking we were too late for food but the restaurant was open until 11pm and, even better, they did room service (for a small charge of £3.50 which we felt was a bargain.) After being at Wimbledon since 10.30am this came as a blessing! The hotel is very modern and clean, the service at check-in efficient and friendly and the rooms were lovely. They were very comfy with tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and, much to hubby's delight, a flat screen TV at the end of the bed. (It was still World Cup week.) you also get a 'Pillow Menu' so you can opt for a soft, medium or hard pillow. Breakfast was either a continental or, much to our delight, a full English. Everything was freshly cooked and there was ample choice. This hotel is ideal if you need a stop-over for a flight from one of the airports or a day in the City. It's on a trading estate so there is nowhere to go of an evening, but if you're after a bed for the night it's ideal. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Room Tip: If you're a smoker you can ask for a room that allows this.
