You get what You pay for. I would have stayed at Kev's Pub as it is very cosy there but it was fully booked, The Air Hostel is a refurbished living block formerly used to house single RAF personnell.
No en suite showers but everything is kept very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet (which is basically all I needed before my very early morning flight). The prices are low and within walking distance to the terminal. The room door key and access code for the main door can be collected at the Airport information desk and there is no checkout time, just put the key in the little container by the entrance to the Hostel. It serves it's purpose and i would stay there again.
