I have been to Galaxy twice now and I must admit that the service is pretty good. Their room service isn't top quality but the Masala omlette and Veg chowmein are edible items on the menu. I would avoid the north indian cusine altogether as it is overloaded with butter and oil of some kind. I also felt that the suite (Room no 31) was quite nice compared to the other rooms in the hotel. It was spacious, the acs worked well and overall was clean enough.

I had a visit in the month of July along with my family members. i did the booking directly after having a look on the net and little talk with Mr. Tiwari. The place i found was quite excellent by means of service and food as well , i had visited many of the places being a hotelier background but this place was really excellent to stay with comfort and peace of mind . all the best to the entire Team of Hotel Galaxy. Hope you all continue the same Hospitality.

Room tip: i think they can use corner rooms it got larger space and good ventilation

The Hotel is pretty ok. It is not upscale and is in a crowded are of the town. Parking maybe a hassle, but if you are patient you will find a spot.

The bed mattresses are not that comfortable in the smaller rooms. An overnight stay or maybe not more than 1-2 days is recommended if you are used to lush cushioning. However if you are really tired, might not bother before crashing like I did.

There is a veg restaurant 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The food is reasonable & not too expensive either.

Room tip: Go for the the suites. Large & spacious. Not expensive at all. around Rs. 2k+

There are not many choices at Mirzapur to stay. The hotel is situated at crowded market place. The executive room, we stayed was spacious with separate sitting place with LCD television.
Bathroom was also spacious with bath tub.
The hotel does not have its own kitchen and arranges food from some nearby restaurant.
In case of power cut air-conditioner run on generator only after 10.30 PM

Booked rooms in this hotel for my friends, who were in the city for attending my brother's marriage. I will say this is the only good hotel in Mirzapur..there are others too...but are not upto the mark..This hotel too is not very upscale..but OK when you do not have too many options.

Located at a distance of 2.5 Kms from the railway station, it is easily accessible as it is on the laldiggi road.

The rooms are average sized, with attached baths. The bed is not that comfortable, but OK for 1 night stay. Food is OK,,but do not expect a variety of options

In all, it is OK for stay for a couple of days..but a bit expensive as compared to the amenities provided.
