We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was well equipped and in a fabulous location. The views were brilliant. Would recommend
Bridget was amazing and the location incredible. The only thing I would change is if there was a hair dryer available - I couldn't find it!
We enjoyed our two nights at this Cushendun apartment. The kitchen and dining area have wonderful views of the water. Balcony doors swing open to catch some breeze. I happened to wake up early enough to accidentally see the sunset coming up over the water. It was a spectacular view. The town is small, we used mostly for day trips. However enjoyed the corner restaurant across from Mary’s,for a wonderful lunch. The caves are about a five minute walk from the apartment. These are caves that are featured in game of thorns. The nights were were mild, and we visited the caves at about 11 o’clock both nights. Very cool. Paul, stayed in contact with us, I appreciated the call and prompt emails. Outside of the apartment I actually recommended the place to a woman from Washington DC who was visiting. Travels tip: I would bring my own bath soap to bathe. Also I originally thought only Money wires were taken, later found out PayPal was acceptable. Wish I found out earlier I would’ve saved myself some money in fees. Also this was a good base for the Gobbins hike.
A light penthouse apartment overlooking Cushendun bay. Amazing views with doors you can open to breathe in the sea air. Kitchen well equipped, 2 bedrooms each with own bathrooms so good for sharing. Decor is lovely, great finish throughout. Paul kept in touch to see all was ok so could always contact someone. Location exceptional for exploring Antrim coast. We had the best sunshine all week so made it to the beautiful beaches and took a boat to Rathlin Island.
The village of Cushendun has everything you need for a relaxing week. 2 pubs, coffee shop with a garden and a shop. Beautiful walks.
Visit the appartment again and once again wasnt disappointed.
Appartment is fantastic everything you need for a relaxing break.
Bridget gave us her usual warm welcome. Fantastic place for a relaxing escape. Cushendun is beautiful. Call into Mary McBrides pub or go upstairs to the little black door restaurant for some really fab food.
Thanks Paul i will be back.
We loved our stay overlooking the sea in Cushendun. The apartment felt like home the minute we walked in. It is full of light, beautifully furnished, and with everything we needed. We drank our morning coffee while looking out at the sea, the surrounding hills and sheep, and the post-card town of Cushendun. With a local pub featuring Monday night trivia games, with hiking, the Giant's Causeway, and other sightseeing in easy distance, it is the perfect base for exploring the gorgeous Northern Irish coast. Paul was very responsive, and Bridget gave us a warm welcome. I hope very much to come back sometime soon and pick up where we left off!
Had a wonderful week in the Boutique Bothy. We'll equipped, comfortable and a breathtaking view from the balcony.
Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
