During hour 2 weeks in the cyclades, we ate about 10 dakos salad and the one from absinth was the best. We also enjoyed very much the eggplant salad (similar to baba ganoush). The service was great, very nice waiters. We would then recommend!

13 of us were moored for the night in Sifnos on a lads sailing holiday and happened upon the Absinthe which enjoys great views over the bay.
The food and service were superb, Although the cost was a few euros more than the standard Taverna - this was good quality restaurant fare and worth every penny.
Most had the spicy goat and thought it excellent but I had the tuna from the seafood special board. It was cooked to absolute perfection and accompanied by lovely roast vegetables.
We treated to a demonstration of how to serve Absinthe by the very attentive and friendly manager which nicely topped off the evening ( and our morning hang overs.
The lads were all in agreement that it was by far the best meal of the holiday

A lovely space situated in an outdoor terrace on the second level of a waterfront building. The decor is lovely and the menu is exciting. A number of the most intriguing choices are cooked in oven in the traditional Sifnos method using terracotta casseroles made on the island. All of the dishes we had were delicious and used fresh local ingredients and fresh herbs. Be sure to order one of the carefully selected wines they offer. We had the Alexandra Assyrtiko-Sauvignon Blanc blend. Wonderful and by a woman winemaker. The host and the waitstaff are friendly and very professional.

It is a combo of Greek, Eastern and chef's brilliant mind that produces unique tastes that are truly unforgettable.
Love it every time as food remains every time the best you can eat.
Great view of the harbor of Kamares without the noise. Worth trying: the curry chicken, the eastern rice, the shrimps, the feta saganaki and many more ... As I got hungry remembering them all.
Prices are ok for the level of the restaurant. Service impeccable.
