A laid-back park with a difference. Friendly gate keeper at the entrance, efficient and friendly staff in reception and at the restaurant, where you pay. Then it is off to experience wide open spaces with plenty of animals to see. Unfortunately did not see the lions, but there will be a next time.

We have been to many of the National Parks in South Africa. This is one of the better parks. The scenery is great with scenic drives aound the park, plenty of game to be seen and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very good and clean, but in need of some upgrading. The restaurant is probably one of the best, if not the best, in all the national parks -really good value for money.

This was our first visit and we were blown away by the stark beauty of this incredible place. Better if you have a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle to experience the peace and tranquility of the rugged landscape on the off road trails. We had the priviledge meeting up with a solitary black rhino !!!
Whilst the cottages were kept spotless by the efficient staff they could do with an upgrade. The restaurant offers fair value but watch out for the basting sauce !!
Wiil be back in March for the "rainy" season.

A wonderful park to visit with friendly staff and very comfortable, warm, well maintained chalets. Shop has everything that you may have forgotten. Beautiful picnic sites with swimming pools. The scenic views were magnificent and although we did not get to see lion and cheetah other game was abundant. Definitely will be back again.

We loved Mountain Zebra Park three years ago, and were once again enthralled. Well-maintained amenities with all the necessary extras - the campsite kitchen even had a microwave, which was very welcome when we experienced a downpour on our second night. Most of the campsites offer shade and are grassed. The little shop was well stocked with all the things visitors are likely to forget. We didn't get to see a cheetah, but we saw lots of other wildlife, and the scenic views along the winding roads are magic, especially around dusk. Definitely not the last time we visited.
