Maiden Head Country Lodge

Conveniently close to roads, despite last 500m to gate needing a grader. Warm new Southafrican welcome reception by Vivien who catered for all needs and made a superb breakfast. Hats off! Recommended.

What a peaceful spot to pull into after a hard days work. The rooms are well equipped with fridge, coffee facilities and even electric blanket! I would definitely stay here again when going through Queenstown.

We arrived in Queenstown on a windy and fresh early evening. Vivien directly offered us tea. In the room were many blankets to keep us warm and the delicious dinner was also directly served in the room. The rooms were very clean and cosy. We would have liked to stay longer than 1 night and can definitely recommend this lodge.

We stayed here one night during our honeymoon. Owner is vert friendly and took the time for some good tips and stories. The rooms are beautiful decorated. We saw mountains from our window. Breakfast was lovely. Would recommend it!
