This was definitely the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The house is in a peaceful rural location and our room was spacious with lots of extra touches (even Green and Blacks and Montezuma chocolates) and a bathroom worthy of a 5 star hotel. Sally's organic breakfasts are delicious - eggs are from her own hens - and she is so welcoming and helpful, printing off maps showing local places of interest and recommending great restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying with Sally and her lovely family. The house itself is stunning and the all organic ethos left us feeling energised and invigorated.
Sally couldn't have been more helpful with advice about the local area and printed off detailed maps for us.
We would definitely go again and highly recommend to others- you feel more like you're visiting friends than staying at a b&b!

My wife and I wanted somewhere quiet just for one night, on our way from Canterbury to Margate, and luckily Claire found Twitham on the internet; it`s a beautiful house, with a high standard of furnishing, and an equally high standard of food! Yum! Superb! More please!
The `host`, Sally, is charming and very welcoming, as indeed are the rest of the family, and we felt at ease straight away.
The location is great for venturing out in any direction, with many interesting places within shortish car journeys . Having said that, it would have been good just to stay put at the house! Definitely worth a second (and longer) visit we feel , thanks Sally and co.! Rick and Claire.

I stayed at Twittam Court Farm with my mother and daughter and we had the most wonderful time. Sally is the most lovely host and her family are adorable. The bedrooms compare to five star hotels with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The breakfasts were lovely and Sally is an inspiration with her healthy living. We rushed up to the local farm shop to stock up on the exact ingredients of Sally's lovely porridge. The house and surrounding gardens make you feel so relaxed and at home. Sally is a font of knowledge on places to visit. We booked massages to have during our stay which were fantastic. You could not wish for a nicer place to relax. We didn't want to leave and still talk about our lovely stay.

Mum and I visited Twitham Court Farmhouse for 2 nights in December. We'd seen online that they were an ethical, veggie and organic place which fitted our requirements down to the ground. Mum is a vegan coeliac and I am vegan and we just needed somewhere we could trust to get it just right. Twitham Court Farmhouse was the place. A beautiful house with only 2 B&B rooms in rural Kent about 10km away from Canterbury. The accomodation is very lovingly cared for by Sally and her family. The room was huge with a bathroom to die for, along with a fantastic range of organic soaps and shower gels. Sally was extremely accommodating and bought in plenty of breakfast food for Mum and me. They have a large and beautiful garden which we really didn't make the most of, but which would have been lovely (in better weather) for an early morning stroll. There is a large, homely lounge for the guests, along with a breakfast room in a well heated conservatory. We were lucky as we were the only guests and Sally attentively kept the fire going in the lounge for when we came home. Massages can be arranged in your room at a reasonable price which are well worth it. It is a short drive from the city of Canterbury and lots of other local attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Room Tip: If you are 2 couples wanting a quiet weekend away, this would be ideal as there are only 2 guest roo...

My partner booked this for me as a surprise few days away from the children and what a treat it was.
To summarise:
The setting was tranquil and beautiful
The house was extremely clean
The room was spacious, tastefully decorated
Great breakfast
Lovely lounge area and conservatory for guests
The family are wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful*

*We discovered this place whilst trying to book a hotel for the Open Golf in Sandwich earlier in the year. Unfortunately everywhere was booked, including Twitham Court, however Sally was so sympathetic and helpful that I said to my partner that if we ever visited Kent again I would like to stay here. And if we ever visit Kent again this will definitely be the place that we stay.

Perfect - Go on, treat yourself and book it :)

Wonderful warm welcome, owners absolutely happy to accommodate special needs - in our case a vegetarian breakfast and reduced mobility bedroom - breakfast really great and accommodation much appreciated. The room was clean, fresh and very comfortable. Would happily stay here again because it was relaxing, the surroundings lovely and the owners more than willing to welcome visitors into their home.
