Owner description: Wingham Wildlife Park is set within 26 acres in which we display over 200 different species... That is more than any other zoo in Kent! Including some species not seen anywhere else in zoos in the UK, Europe and even the world! As well as the all important animal collection we have 2 large play areas (both indoors and outdoors, making them fun all year), 2 restaurants (although one may be shut in the winter season) and a wide variety of animal talks, encounters and experiences!

was given a 'feed the penguins' experience for my birthday and can highly recommend the wingham wildlife park. A very chilled out and relaxed place with a great collection of animals kept in very natural surroundings. Feeding, and walking, the group of penguins was a genuinely smile inducing experience and the time went far too fast. Spent another few hours just wandering around and watching the feeding of the other animals, tiger cubs, meerkats, prairie dogs, birds, insects, lots to see. A lovely place for children and families as animals felt close and keepers were friendly and informative. There is a nice little cafe and an outside seating area.

We went along with our 2 year old grandaughter, she did not want to leave. There are ample spaces in the car park. The wildlife park is very clean, the enclosures are situated for easy viewing of the animals, the staff are very friendly and there are seating areas for you to eat your packed lunch, or to eat the food you buy there. One of the eating areas has a couple of slides, a boat for the children to climb in, and also for just £1 a go the children can have a go on a very small fixed digger. Peacocks, chickens, ducks, other birds, a bambi, etc. roam around (children love this), There are two little tiger cubs that play with a ball, a fantastic penguin area, where you can view the penguins, alpacas, meerkats, goats, monkeys, a crocodile, many insects, spiders, snakes, tortoises (one very large), reindeer, in fact lots and lots of animals. The feeding times for some of the animals is shown at the entrance. We were at the park for approximately 3 hours. The entrance charges are also very cheap. We will go again and again.
