Stayed a few nights before and after a trip to Aitutaki and Atiu, and just loved it. Wonderful, spacious units with everything you need, and the best location possible. The staff are lovely, and so helpful, whether for help with dinner reservations, directions or helping with lost luggage. It's a lowkey place run by very nice people. The view from the seaview rooms is superb. Could have stayed much longer, and it would be a great base for a longer exploration of Rarotonga.

This place was outstanding! We stayed in the beach front room & it was worth every extra penny. There are a few things to note: front rooms don't have tvs so ask before hand or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean, there is no restaurant on site & the office is only open business hours however there are lots of great places close & you have full kitchen facilities. This place is one we will return to! Amazing side of the island, close to everything, the staff are nothing sort of amazing!

We stayed in a seaview unit and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit itself is clean, tidy and simple, with just the right amount of furnishings, cutlery etc. On our arrival we had the room decorated with flowers and had a complimentary local fruit basket (+). There is complimentary toast and cereal breakfast delivered everyday (+) and BBQ's around the area to use if you do not feel like going out (+) (just don't leave food out on benches over night as the ants will get to it fairly fast!).
The standout attraction for this hotel is definitely the location. Situated on the pristine Muri beach, with just a short paddle board/kayak/snorkel/swim away to the other tiny islands in the lagoon. Or a perfect location to grab a book and lay about on the front porch lounges.
Another bonus is that snorkel gear (goggles, snorkels, fins and reef shoes) can all be borrowed from the reception for free, as well as kayaks and paddle boards!
The staff are super friendly too, as are all the local animals!

Room Tip: Go for the seaview rooms!

We had 10 days in unit 2 and were appreciative of the wonderful location, and friendly helpful staff. The units were clean and comfortable, and the view from our front porch was breathtaking. The 30 metre walk to the lagoon, was perfect, as was the freely available kayaks, standup boards and snorkel equipment. Restaurants and cafe's nearby meant, despite having a self catering unit, it was just as easy to eat out frequently. Although this was not always a cheap experience the service and food at all the nearby establishments was very good overall.
Buses to the otherside of the Island were easy to use, although after 10 days at muri beach we are pretty sure it is the best location on the Island and we definitely return. Thanks to Shelley, Debbie, Talei and the rest of the team.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a seaview!
