By the look of the pool we should have known that our meal would be substandard. They did have a sign out front looking for a cook... maybe that was the issue.
We came for breakfast and both ordered coffee and the egg burritos. Coffee was instant coffe and only luke warm. The meal took over 20 mins to arrive (only 1 other table occupied) and was ok at best.. it was also luke warm. Cheese was process, eggs watery, and the table was dirty (condiments, you would think twice before touching them). Service was fine but slow. For 190 cordoba for two, it was not a great value for Nicaragua.
The good... the corn tortillas were good and freshly made; they did use onion, tomato and green pepper in the eggs... veggies are always appreciated.
