We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a longer trip. We took a very twisty route up to Levens in the pouring rain and were grateful for the warm welcome.
The staff were very helpful with any questions we had.
The hotel is located a little way from the centre of the pretty village of Levens in a quiet position opposite playing fields. There is a bakery nearby. Our room was simple but comfortable and clean.
The restaurant had a fixed menu on the nights we stayed but the food was very good and well presented. Breakfast was a serve yourself continental style buffet.
Although you can drive to Nice and Monaco (which I don't recommend), we found the bus that goes from outside the hotel to be very good value. The cheap ticket (E1.50) was enough to travel down to Nice and to transfer onto the Tram in the centre. It is easy to catch another bus to get to Monaco or to travel along the coast.More
