We truly enjoyed our dinner for 2 at Salmoura during Cascais Restaurant Week. The selections were excellent; we savored the pasteis filled with meat as an appetizer, the tender lamb served in a copper dish as our entreé, and one of each of their desserts. Our server was a top-notch professional, yet warm and informative. We appreciated his English skills! The setting is simple yet comfortable, and also impeccably clean, and the restaurant is easy to locate. We will definitely return for one of their weekend lunches -- cozida portuguesa on Saturdays and leitão on Sundays! Many thanks!
