“A good choice for an all inclusive hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 August 2014

Ideal for families with kids. It ' s an all inclusive hotel with 2 swimming pools (one is really large ) plus 2 for juniors, theatre with animation show, mini disko, 2 restaurants and many bars. Food and drinks are included in price.

Room Tip: It's a 100 or more room hotel, so check the layout and choose depending on what is needed to be...

We have just returned today from one week stay in this resort. It claims it's four star resort, but it's not. Rooms themselves are rather two stars style with worn and torn, very hard beds. You can feel springs pushing your ribs all the night. Bathroom reaches two stars just so so. It looks like they have been forced to make them according to EU standards and didn't want to spent single cent more. Dis functional light switches, shower being like glued to original hard floor, washbowl and toilet not holding in place. If you have bad luck like we had and will end up in ground floor, you will see literally nothing out of the window, because "ground floor" means in fact "150cm under terrain level". You can see it on the picture of one of previous reviewers. The pros are adequate, standalone A/C in each room and real quiet.

Cleanliness is tricky think. While room service personnel clean the floor and exchange sheets every day, you simply can't keep the room tidy because of all the sand and salt, which is everywhere. So it's up to you, don't blame room service.

Kids have plenty of things to do, so both were very happy. I have personally enjoyed sea, which is windy and wavy basically all the time. Waves ranging from 25 to 100 cm are just awesome, anytime you go to beach.

Pools are ok, nothing special. Together with exteriors of hotel, it's adequate to 3 or 4 star resort with one exception, which is missing spots of grass near main pool.

As for food, the quality is below average for buffet and slightly above average for grills. Exceptions are salads and olives, which are great. Fruits are ranging from excellent to poor, but Granny Smith apples are always great. However, peaches are plain lottery. Quantity is not the issue, there's enough food for everyone.

We haven't used animation programs, but animators seemed to be very friendly to both kids and parents. They were all busy all the time, so probably it worked.

Inside of hotel is a small shop where you can buy some souvenirs, bottled water, some basic beach equipment like shoes, towels and toys. Also they have range of various repellents and after bite treatments. One bigger shop and some car/quad/bike/scooter rentals are just in front of hotel, so you don't have to go too far. In near vicinity is also aquapark (cca 2km), minigolf and mini zoo with deers. At the reception, you can rent a beach towel for 0.7EUR per day per towel, so you don't have to carry your own all the way from home and back. You can take fresh towel every day, which is great.

All personnel are very friendly and nice. Minimum of them are Greeks, most of them come from Slovakia, Italy and Russia. English if lingva franca, so don't worry.

Highlight: sea, which is nice and funny.
Downside: rooms.
Pictures: none, other reviewers took it all.

Make sure you want just relaxing vacation, the resort is in middle of nowhere. Nearest bar strip is circa 10 km away in Marmari or Tigkaki.

Room Tip: Avoid ground floor

This place in the middle of the northern part of the island offers you everything for spending quiet and peaceful holiday. Rooms are clean, air conditioned, food is exactly like you could expect in all inclusive program. This place is great for families, there is animation program, night entertainment in the theater, disco, etc. But there is really windy weather, the sea is dirty by sand and some grass and there is nothing to do and nowhere to go outside of the hotel. Be careful about purpose of your holiday.

We just got back from our 2 week vacation at princess of kos hotel. Hotel is quite nice, food was very tasty and good choice ( but sometimes a little salty). Beach is really good, I would defenetly recommend this hotel for families with children. Nice sand at the beach and warm sea. Sometimes it was windy but the sea was warm despite of the weather.
Specially I would love to mention waitress Meni who works at the main restaurant. She was always nice and smiling and very professional and helpful. Thank you Meni for making our vacation even better.
One thing I would change at this hotel there was no mosquito nets in the rooms. The hotel is surrounded by the field so there was plenty of insects and grasshoppers.
Otherwise I enjoied our vacation and would like to come back.

Room Tip: If you are afraid of insects or grasshoppers choose a room not far from the main restaurant otherwis...

quite ok, although very basic and the rooms would really need some improvement. Especially Internet would be smtg they could work on, because mostly it was not working at all. Stayed there 5 nights, one morning there was no warm water to shower, quite annoying. Stuff is friendly though, food is average...

The title talks for itself. We paid 1280 € for 7 nights (me and my girlfriend).
I would start with our room - very clean, cleaned each day. The bed was quite OK, there is A/C available, also TV (but who really needs it on holiday?? :-). Bathroom was clean as well. At balcony there were 2 comfortable chairs and table.
What about food? Really great, there was a plenty of everything and you could choose from chicken, beef, pork, some sources, rice, pasta, potatos and a lot of vegetable (hot/cold) and salads.
The swimmings pools are also great, really nice and clean. If you go morning you can put a towel to chairs, no problem.
Beach is also nice and clean. The water is clean but as there are waves, it is not "clean", I mean due to sand.
Only negative thing is that there is realy nothing arround the hotel complex. Only one "supermarket" and one taverna.
