A surprisingly modern, spacious (with large terrace) refined restaurant on the banks of the Douro, in the small village of Folgosa, Armamar. Both imaginative menus and a la carte; great wine list; superb service! Very nice salads, great fish and tasty suckling pig, inter alia! Attention is paid to presentation and details; there are complimentary little pre-starters, a selection of very nice breads and olive oils, chocolates at the end, etc. Shall definitely return when again in the Douro valley!
