Bear with me - this restaurant is not easy to find but do make the effort as its well worth it.
The listing of this restaurant as Bophut is misleading - actually it is located in Choeng Mon.
The restaurant is housed in a building in the Absolute Resort [it used to be called Q Signature - this is another confusion in the listing] - the road access to the resort is under an archway at the east end of choeng mon village next to the Boat House Hotel.
If you go to the Absolute reception area and ask for the indian restaurant they will take you up the hill in a golf buggy.
The seating area of the restaurant is on the roof and in the evening it is charmingly lit. At sunset there is a fantastic view over Choeng Mon bay and later twinkling lights from the hill opposite and if you're lucky a fireworks display.
The menu is extensive and the food absolutely mouthwatering. This visit we enjoyed tender lamb palak [with spinach] tasty rogan josh and very spicey chicken jalfrezi but one previous occasions we have always had freshly cooked and tasty food.
The service is friendly and helpful and the drinks menu also extensive.
We were surprised not to find the restaurant busier but maybe this is partly explained by the lack of signage and also the listing misnomers identified above.
All we can recommend is; go on a small adventure to find this out of the way gem and have a delightful evening.
