Our amazing Honeymoon at Bo Phut Resort and Spa started with our complimentary airport transfers from Koh Samui airport. Our driver, i'm sorry i can't remember his name, was awesome. He was ready and waiting for us at the exit of the airport. On the short journey from the airport and to the Resort, he was full of information of where to go and what to do and pointing out different things on the road that may have been of interest to us.

When we arrived at the resort reception, we were greeted by a super friendly attendant who provided us with cold towels, a cold drink and an UPGRADE! To our surprise we were upgraded to the Premier Pool Villa which was incredible. The room was spotless and just brilliant.

Breakfast was your standard buffet breakfast however everything was always fresh and hot.

You could not fault any of the staff. They are an absolute credit to the resort.

We had a couples package at the spa and it was one of the best I have ever had.

We have stayed at 3 different hotels/resorts on Bophut Beach however on our next trip back to Koh Samui you can bet that we will be staying here again!

My husband and I have just spent 6 days at Bo Phut Resort and Spa and we loved every moment of it. We were welcomed warmly and given personal one to one attention and explanation of everything by one of the friendly managers when we arrived. This typified every encounter we had with the staff at this resort - they were ALL so helpful, friendly and pleasant. The gardens are just beautiful and no-one could ask for a better location to sit and eat, sunbake by the pool or have half price cocktails at Happy Hour because it looks out over the beach and has such a beautiful view! Our room was clean, comfortable and we loved it. It had a spa on the balcony and we used this several times after returning to our room hot after being out in the heat at night. Breakfasts are great - a big range of everything and cater for everyone. The resort is a short walk along the beach to Fishermen's Village and heaps of great eating places with a good range of prices there - especially good on a Friday night when the Walking Street is set up as many, many cheap food stalls and other stalls run by local people. We went to the seafood night at Bo Phut Resort and it was beautiful food with local couple singing - a lovely atmosphere. You can use the resort's drivers and the prices are same as a taxi in most cases. We loved our stay here and could not fault it in any way.

From the moment of arrival to departure we couldn't have asked for better. Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout our stay.
Our room with jacuzzi on balcony was a delight & always spotlessly clean.
Breakfast by the seafront every day is an idyllic setting.
On my husbands birthday, staff sang Happy Birthday & presented him with a cake. Returning to our room we found it decorated with flower petals which made the day nice & special.
Sunbeds by the pool & on the beach always in plentiful supply & staff very attentive.
Enjoyed the welcome massage, although we subsequently used the Peace spa opposite the hotel entrance instead. Crossing the road is an adventure, but the security staff on the gate are always there to help stop the traffic.
Sand on the beach is coarse, but the sea is lovely to swim in.We enjoyed taking the hotel Kayak out, but since the sea is cloudy in this area we never bothered using the snorkels.
The hotel free mini bus tour of the island was fantastic & well worth doing.
Reception were very good at helping us select a reliable company for elephant trekking & a speedboat snorkelling/kayaking day out to An Thong. The prices were identical to those charged in the village.
Only 10 minute walk away is Fishermans Village, so we never ate in the hotel in the evenings, when such an atmospheric area was nearby with much cheaper & deliciouis options for dining we couldn't resist eating there.

Excellent, Excellent EXCELLENT!!!! This is the second time we have stayed at Bo Phut Resort and Spa and we love it. It was so lovely to be back.

The location is brilliant - right next to fishermans village, with its parade of shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, we stayed in one with a sea view and it was so amazing to wake up, open the curtains and the beautiful blue ski, and sea greet you.

Would highly recommend the Sala Thai restaurant in the resort, it has authentic Thai food - not westernised which is great!!

We can't wait too go back next year - all ready planning our next holiday to Thailand and this hotel will be on our list.

I'm not sure why people didn't like their stay. We absolutely loved ours. We had a private pool villa. Daily fresh fruit! The airport service, check in- all very lovely! They made our room very welcoming. We had an espresso maker in the room, which we used. The toiletries smelled wonderful! The shower and tub were very relaxing. Breakfast was fine. We did enjoy 1/2 off drinks at the pool. HIGHLY recommend eating dinner at the restaurant. It was fabulous. We still talk about it. The spa is a little pricey but very relaxing and I enjoyed it. Close to a pharmacy and familymart for cheap beer and snacks. Stay. You'll be glad you did

Room Tip: Private pool. You can't go wrong!
