A great site. We stayed on one of the 'super' pitches in our motorhome. Plenty of space with water and drainage on the pitch. Toilet/shower facilities spotless - one of the best we have experienced. Excellent facilities - nice to have a separate pool for swimming lengths as other pools available for small children and having fun with pool inflatables. Pool bar and restaurant gave great service with reasonable prices. We hope to return in 2014.

We spent 10 nights on the site with our on tent. It's a great site, we had a pitch in the older part so plenty of shade with the large pine trees.
All of the pools are great, the top one is good if you want to go for a swim as it is a bit quieter.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shop on site is good for bread and any bits you need, there is also an ATM machine on site which was handy.
The robin Hood restaurant was fantastic, lovely food and not too bad on price. The pizzeria is ok. The bars by both pools are really good, especially for the Cappucino's and beer.
At the top of the road there is a fruit and veg stall which was great, we walked up most days to get stuff from there. The couple on the stall are lovely. The white wine they sell is very nice.
Very handy for getting to Pisa and Florence.
Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Italy.

Spent 2 weeks at the site in a mobile home booked via Keycamp and have to echo previous poster about John & Linda the Keycamp couriers, they were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful.
The site itself is lovely. Very clean, quiet and with beautifully tended grounds. It is a family run site and they take great pride in getting it just right for their guests. Although we had a hire car we chose to do a lot of travelling around by train and the guys in reception were full of advice re: parking at the station for free, maps and other infornation.

We will be returning as it is a great base to visit some of the most beautiful cities in the world - do not miss Florence!!

Room Tip: Our pitch was 165 which has a west facing deck, great for the evening sun.

We have just stayed here for one week, we were on the key camps part of the site , the site is well maintaned and is well situated. Even though we didnt have the sunniest of weather we still had a great time , the site is well situated for travelling in tuscany we will go back for sure.

John and Linda who run the caravans for keycamps were amazinf nothing was ever to much trouble i have never seen people so commited to making sure you have a great time aqnd they are a credit to kecamps and im sure they added so much to our experience.

I would truly recommend this site if you are lookingfor a caravn or pitching a tent or towing a caravan (you only get John and Linda with Keycamps sorry others)

It is a number of years since I last went camping so was a little apprehensive as I took my young 9yr old son for his first camping experience.

I went with Canvas Holidays who are great in every way from the booking, cleanliness of Tent and support and information from the Representatives who live on site.
This site is amazingly spotlessly clean and there are a lot of staff in every area so no need to wait.

Internet signal is excellent on wifi which costs $5 for 10 hours, you can log off to save minutes
We arrived late but one of the 4 restaurants on site were helpful in making us something good to eat even though they were closed.

This site is in woodlands with plenty of shade and there are more than enough shower and toilet blocks, the water was controllable from hot. The shower blocks also have little shower rooms for children which I thought was excellent.

The shops on site were well stocked with fresh goods, open all day till late and the prices were very reasonable.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, some spoke enough English to avoid any confusion.
The 6 pools seemed to be spilt between the higher level up the hill where the fabulous Robin hood restaurant (open Evenings) is next to the top pools (2) that also has a café and bar with a pool and football tables. A great top quality Menu, it’s the place to eat for the evening Dinner.
The cold spina draught beer is excellent (Warsteiner), they also have bottles of Italian beers. Food consists mainly of Burgers Pizzas etc and is very good at a reasonable price.

The lower pools, (4) were well set out, very clean and orderly, a nice shallow pool for the younger ones with a fountain too.
There is another bar and café here that also sells great fresh Italian icecream. (gelato). All very reasonably priced.
My Son had a great time and made new friends from different nationalities.
We stayed on the site the whole week as there was no need to go off site for anything, only the sea or beach.

There are parks here too and sports activities, Tennis courts etc

I highly recommend this site and will visit here again next year

Room Tip: you can dive in or jump in the pools so long as the Lifeguard is not looking,;-)
