This is perhaps the definition of the perfect Italian restaurant. A menu does not really exist, the dishes depend upon the fish that are available that day. The dishes are then beautiful, complex but simple, wonderful. Why does it not have Michelin star? I am not sure what else it can do!
Attractive location, beautiful room, wonderfully (if a little eccentrically) decorated, good staff and a chef with an inventive and delicate handling of fish. Just perfect!
