My wife and I had a lovely 3 hour lunch. From start to finish the service was immaculate and the food was superb. If you are looking for a wonderful dining experience than I would recommend you book a table well in advance at Le Cigne. We both had the 4 course tasting menu and with the Amouse Bouche between each course and the chocolate truffles and petit fours, we were pleasantly stuffed for our walk back to Le Moulin which is a hidden gem of a B&B.

It was a great pleasure to find an excellent restaurant in such a small village. Very nice host. The price is cheap considering the quality of the service and the food. I will definitely go back to this restaurant if I have a chance to go back to this region.

In the span of one week, we dined in three Michelin starred restaurants in three different countries, and were left disappointed by facets of each. We booked Le Cygne as part of a package deal with Hotel Le Moulin, and were greeted by a very professional and friendly maitre d, who appeared to speak multiple languages. Fortunately we have passable French and German skills, however, as it appeared that the remainder of the staff was either monolingual or spoke some German in addition to French. The decor in the restaurant was elegant and extremely tasteful. Although the food was generally very good, our fixed menu included far too many seafood courses. The service was spotty, despite the fact that the restaurant was far from full; of particular note was the mass exodus of the staff at approximately 2200, despite the fact that there were still customers dining. We were seated with a view of the kitchen and were able to see the lights turned off and the kitchen staff and some of the waitresses putting on their coats and bidding one another adieu, which had the effect of making us feel like we were being encouraged to finish up and depart.
