Hotel seems clean but they have hot water only with sun heating system, so after midnight it is miracle to find hot water in hotel! Have a good position to hang out, if you like Didim can be a cheap solution to stay! But use booking.com to book other way it will be more expensive ( i booked one night for 30euro from booking.com but when i called them they said 50euro per night)

If you're going to be in Didim, this is a fine option. Located a bit off the beach and main drag, it's more a converted apartment building than hotel. Nonetheless, totally adequate and dirt cheap. A bit tough to find. Not too much English spoken there. Mostly Turkish patrons. Perfectly pleasant people.

A beautiful peaceful hotel, spent a week there, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly but don't speak a lot of English, but speak French,German and of course Turkish, breakfast man also speaks Russian.I was treated with great respect as a woman traveling on my own,as it was late in the season on my last day I was the only guest in the hotel and was given a special breakfast it was amazing,I would deffonately go back again .

Room Tip: All the rooms are well equipt and the location is nice and quiet side and front rooms are equally as...

This hotel was brought for us as a honeymoon present. on arival after being dropped off on the wrong street our room was clean and tidy.( the last time we saw it like that) the owners couldn`t speak english. My wife had to take the dirty towels down to reception to get changed, the room information said the room would be cleaned every day, never was, cleaned twice in 2 weeks, only because we asked. The staff couldn`t even get the basics right, like putting a toilet roll in the loo, my wife had to take the empty roll down to get a new one, in the end we found some in an abandonded put-me-up cot down the hall and took them when we needed them. This hotel had been refurbished as we were told but they couldnt even get a shower to work properly, the paid for air con worked for a hour then stopped so even in the middle of the night we had to turn it on, thus disturbing our sleep. so i dont think this hotel will last long. The hotel dont tell you about the mosque or tower for which there is a tape calling all hours for the locals to pray, once again disturbing your sleep. The only benefit is the couple of minute walk to the beach. Altinkum is a pretty area and we will be going back next year but NOT in this hotel . Heed the other reveiws, i wouldn`t stop here, for the same money or even less you can find better.

Room Tip: NONE !!! choose another hotel

My wife and i stayed here for 2 weeks in october 2011, it has to be the worst hotel ever, the so called staff are completely useless, i can appreciate that english is not there main language but in there line of business you do expect at least someone at the hotel to be able to at least communicate with there guest even a little bit.Our hotel room never saw a cleaner in the whole 2 weeks we were there, every morning as we left for the day i tried my best to explain that the towels, and bedding were needing replaced only to comeback to unmade beds and towels still sitting in the bathroom, now i dont expect these to be replaced everyday but twice a week i feel is a resonable request, at one point i left all the bedding and towels outside our door only to return from a day trip at 8pm to find them still outside our door!!!!!!!! when i went down stairs to complain, which was a waste of my breath because they could not undestand me ,i had to man handle the receptionist up to my room to have them replaced which i understood would happen within the hour but i was wrong, so my wife and i ended bring them back in making the bed and putting the towels back out on the balcony to air. if you are from the uk i would seriously give this hotel the biggest swerve ever ,fawlty towers is 5 star in comparison to this place, the swimming pool at the front is approx 15ft by 10ft , the lift is a bit hit or miss one day it works the next it doesn't. as previous comment said it is NOT 80m from the beach but is only a 5ish minute walk,i felt that the hotel catered for possibly local people and us brits were not to welcomed. please dont waste your hard earned money on this hotel.the only plus side was the central location,

Room Tip: biggest tip i can give is DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Newish build hotel with a good location , within walking distance to the beach and therefore the main promenade.it is claimed it is only 80m from the beach but that must be a short tape measure!
Hotel has basic facilities but in the 2 weeks we stayed , the service was only average.room service only happened twice, lift was out of order for 1 week, hardly any English spoken, air con not really functioning and hot water for a shower not available on 4 occasions( if you want a shower after a day at the beach - do so by 18.00.
In summary the stay was passable but I would look elsewhere to stay next time
