Stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and found it to be an excellent hotel. On arrival we were greeted by the reception staff who informed us of our room and information about the spa/swimming pool. Then went to our room and it was very clean and luxurious. The kitchenette contains a kettle, coffee maker, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, the only downside to the kitchen is it does not have a toaster which would have come in handy. As previous reviewers have posted there was only one knife and fork.

The main room contains two single beds, a tv, a selection of storage space for clothes and a table and chairs. There was plenty of space for clothes although in the wardrobe there were only three coat hangers.

The bathroom was lovely and the shower is powerful. There is also a bath, toilet and sink.

The swimming pool and spa area are really relaxing and although families with children will be disappointed, it was lovely as a couple without kids to be able to go swimming in a relaxed atmosphere. The steam room and sauna were good, as was the Jacuzzi. We didn't have any spa treatments although there is a range available from simple massages to longer treatments.

The hotel is in an excellent location; no longer than 5 minutes walk to the train station and the shopping centre which includes a big supermarket. The train is one stop until Disneyland which cost 3.70 for two tickets. Val d'Europe is a new area and the buildings are modern and clean. There are some restaurants nearby which were cheaper than the hotel, although we ate at Disneyland or in the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking to go back (we only returned yesterday!).

This hotel has nice installations, reasonnable bedrooms and is very well located in the new quarter of Chessy - near the RER Station, so very easy to go to Disneyland Paris.
But the service is very poor and the staff unhelpful. I demanded another blanket and the first answer was that the Hotel was full and there wasn't any spare blanket?!?! I also demanded a baby bed that they delivered but I had to mount it and dismount it Myself?!?!
It claims that It has free Wi-fi but it's deceiving because it's praticably impossible to log in, in 3 days, I sucedeed it only once! And it was no use because it was a very slow connection. WHen I complained about that, they lied telling that the problem was in the whole village?!?
My room was in the first floor that is very noisy because you can hear the garbage and delivery trucks and the building in front is under work and construction, so if you choose this hotel, you should try to get as high as possible.

Room Tip: First floor is very noisy - get as high as possible

We stayed here whilst visiting Disneyland as it was the cheaper option (and definitely better than some of the Disney hotels from what I can tell!). It is a good 4* hotel - quiet, clean and modern with a kitchenette area including the basics - hob, microwave, fridge and sink. Beds were comfortable and the room and en-suite were a decent size. Wifi wasn't great, though. The hotel does ask you to wash up any cooking utensils you use and take out your rubbish! I thought this was a bit strange especially as they don't provide any cleaning products. So we actually spent some of our time at Disney worrying about where we were going to get a sponge from! (Ironically, they also provide a table-top dishwasher too - but no tablets. There was also a coffee maker with no pods.)

Luckily there is a massive shopping centre and supermarket just round the corner to the hotel where you can pick up pretty much anything you would ever need. On that note, the station is also round the corner so is very handy after a long day at Disney. The English function on the ticket machines is very helpful and makes getting a ticket easy. The hotel is only one stop on from the Disneyland stop (1.85 euro pp one way) so is in a great location.

The spa area was nice - very clean - with pool, Jacuzzi, etc. Not many loungers though. The reception staff were helpful and all in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel as not as expensive as those in Disney & was really pleased we did. Room was clean, spacious & had a small kitchenette area should we of decided to use it. Hotel was located just 2 minute train ride from Disney itself, we found this so easy & only cost EUR3.70 each way. There was also plenty of bars, restaurants & shops just a minute walk away. All in all great place to stay for a Cost effective trip to Disney.

Late review!! My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights early February. As our flight was a late landing time and we wanted to make a full day of our last day we decided to hire a car for the full 4 days, we were a bit worried about this but there were no problems at all! Drive from the airport to the hotel took about 25 minutes. The hotel was easy to find with the sat nav and we arrived with no problem. For the first night as we arrived late we used the hotel car park at a charge, all other nights we parked on the road by the hotel- this was actually advised by the hotel, which was completely safe and again had no problems.

The hotel itself was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean, the small kitchen was also a bonus especially with the early morning starts it was easy to make a quick breakfast, drink etc. The bed itself was two twins pushed together, this was expected, I did ask for a double bed but was advised every bedroom had the same twin beds- this wasn’t a big problem for us, beds were comfy etc. We had a small patio door which was a nice touch, especially as we could see Disney and the firework display at night!!- Room was front facing- which I did email and request before hand. TV had no English channels but this didn’t matter to us as we always had plans! Bathroom was small but clean and no problems with the shower!!

We ate at the hotel one night, food was nice and reasonable priced- we were very busy most days so never had breakfast in the actual hotel restaurant. The spa was a really lovely touch and we used it every night! Fully equipped and brand new, also got fresh towels, dressing gown and slippers every time we went down- and very good customer service, very helpful.

Hotel location- I was worried before booking this hotel as the distance from central Paris is quite far away, however this really didn’t make a difference to us, however we did have the car for this reason. We drove into central Paris which took around 20 minutes everyday, then parked and got the metro to each place we wanted to visit etc- this worked perfect for us. There is however a metro stop right by the hotel, say a 5 minute walk- this takes around 40 minutes- have to get the train and metro to get to central Paris. By the hotel there is a square- some restaurants and a large shopping centre with a supermarket, shops etc- this came in handy for anything we needed! Disney is literally a 3 minute drive from the hotel! We went on the Monday our last day, check out was 11am, we weren’t flying until half 5 in the evening- so the car and location of hotel was perfect for making the most out of our last day!

Overall excellent hotel, service and exactly what we wanted and needed! We would defiantly stay again!

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room-view of Disney.
