“Felt like royalty for whole stay.”

The only fault is that the Princess area on first floor where they make-over little girls into princesses was not open while we were there. Other than that, the whole stay from start to finish was perfection. The room, the service, the food and drink...all just amazing. If you can afford to stay here, do, you won't be disappointed. It is very expensive for what it is as I have seen bigger / more impressive rooms in 3* hotels, but the magic takes you over and it is worth the money in my opnion.

Hotel is still the best position by far, but oh dear what had happened to inventions restaurant. Food cold at both breakfast and evening meal, I reported a few heat lamps not working to staff and they were obviously aware of it. You can get much better good in the park, so for the price you pay for this hotel, very very disappointing . Will not stay at this hotel again. My son stayed in New York and he said all food was hot.

This was our second stay in Disney hotel and once again it lived up to our high expectations. We had our 3 year old and 7 month old baby with us and it was perfect. The location is ideal, the food at Inventions was really nice - lamb cutlets, large fresh prawns, pasta, lovely desserts , our son got to meet all of his favourite characters without having to queue for an hour in the park, the pool was great (our son didn't want to get out and was in there for about 2 hours!) and nothing was too much trouble - I requested baby steriliser and kettle etc for the room and all were waiting for us on arrival. We would not stay anywhere else when visiting Disneyland Paris (have previously stayed at other Disney hotels) - it is expensive but worth every penny.

Room Tip: East wing rooms are close to restaurants, shop etc and also close to main entrance and reception.

This hotel is ideal if you have small children. The location is literally at the entrance to the main park and 5 mins walk from Studios, Disney Village & train station.

My son had asthma attack after the Buffalo Bill show (Don't go if you have asthma!) and the hotel sent us flowers and toys for the kids which was a nice touch.

Most staff are good but as per the whole experience 25% of Disney staff were cretinous, rude, useless, ill-informed and have perfected the 'tell someone who cares' face to an Olympian standard.

The buffet dinner at Inventions is adequate food, extortionately priced alcohol but the fact your kids could meet 10 characters at their table make it magical as can the view over the parks from the window. There is no need for you to book a meal with Mickey or queue in the parks which is great.

My daughter got made up as a princess which she loved and will remember forever.

The indoor pool is small but well equipped with arm bands etc and has a lifeguard.

Despite other reviews we found check in painless and informative and they gave the kids balloons while they waited (5 mins).

They shouldn't be able to call it 5 star as it isn't but if we go back we wouldn't stay elsewhere.

We had a great stay here, we had a suite in the Castle Club, with a balcony which we watched the fire works every night which was fantastic!!

The suite was a bit dated but it is a Disneyland Hotel, although our 9 year old love it.

The staff were great, the Disney characters were around all the time. The Buffett was fresh, with lots of variety. Yes, it's expensive, but it was worth it to see the look on my daughters face when she realised we were staying there.

Room Tip: Castle Club Suite

Having read the reviews before going I was a bit concerned as to what we would face...however from the time we pulled up and went in a felt at ease. The smell in the hotel is amazing and makes it feel homely and the reception def has wow factor with sweeping staircase. All the staff we met from the valet, reception, maids and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming - a little "bonjour" goes along way! Yes the rooms could probably do with as light redecorating but only if you're really fussy...and how much time do you actually spend in there?
We only ate breakfast which is exactly as I'd expect for a Buffett breakfast cereals, pastries, cooked breakfast, fruits, yogurts - great choice for adults and childrens.
The characters every morning outside the breakfast room change every half hour from 8-1130. Ask for the schedule so your children can see their favs.
Fantastic location - actually forming part of the park entrance and 5 min walk to Walt Disney studios and Disney village.
Would def stay again.

This hotel has the same air, same feel, same amenities as a Middle-of America 3* hotel/motor inn, on any highway of the great countryside, except for the handling of space, size of the rooms, the great colonial style lobby and the attitude of local staff.

Despite the outrageous price, Disneyland Hotel rooms are poorly fitted, distressingly bland and carrying cheap amenities identical to the motor inns along American Highways, but featuring €7.50 ($10) local “seize” canned beer – normally max €5 in any otherwise expensive city bar in Paris – in its mini bar.
Same burry thick plastic wrapped soaps, "sanitized" plastic cups and chlorine smelling shower gels and shampoos to be used in a tub protected by a '70s style curtain. Ha!
They are stuck in time with that shower curtains but not with the mini bar prices.

The sleep quality is despicable, the A/C units malfunction, the non-smoking rooms on non-smoking floors smell deep chain-smoking previous guests and there is nothing to remotely remind one of a 5 star property except for the generous size of the rooms and the service level of local staff.

The elegant style in which the outspoken clean-cut and butler-like behaved waiter is serving the cheapest quality frozen croissants would be really funny and moving if it wouldn’t be for you who must eat the poor quality-high priced breakfast.

The people at the reception desk, the concierge and the baggage handling staff is efficient, courteous and nice with the kids and behaves well under the constant stress or hundreds of check ins and check outs taking place every day.

Despite this, the Disneyland Hotel is a classic example of high price/poor quality place taking advantage of its location to rip off the guests who try to offer the best money can buy for their families.

Room Tip: May be better idea to do day trips from Paris...
