The room was not clean enough
No frigde in the room
No breakfast at the hotel only in disneyland park when you pay 500 € for 2 adults and a kid, you expect to have at least a decent breakfast in the hotel
Generally far a way from the park
Disney site is missleading when u book it says free HB but the food is awful and everything comes with a suplement
A must have is mickey cafe: to have dinner with all disney caracters but again this comes with a bug supplement
On the other side it is kids paradise and all of them are very happy
I will never book this hotel again
Worse hotel experience I have ever had
I felt I was in one star hotel. No good service at all!!!

Booked as our first Holliday together, the hotel is situated at the end of Disney Lake and a short enough distance round the corner from the Disney Village.
The attention to detail throughout Disneyland and it’s hotels is second to non !

The room: We had a 6th floor room with a balcony view over the entrance. Rooms were fantastic and well equipped.
2 big double beds, EU and 1 UK plug. Tv and plenty of storage space.
Big bath with shower over it, huge towels!iron and ironing board, a safe, and a hairdryer!

Hotel facilities were also great! Fantastic indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi! Since this hotel has one, well worth checking while your there (even if only just the once!) also get towels here so don’t have to bring your own or ones from room. Communal changing and free lockers :-)
My fella was very impressed with the state of the art gym.
Shop in the lobby was a great place to buy snacks and drinks (as well as the usual merchandise).

Cannot fault the staff, from reception and the concierge to the waiting staff and the cleaners... they were always very friendly and helpful.

The food: we had a B&B meal plan so will start with that... the continental and hot ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet breakfast has something for everyone including fruit, cereal, porridge, meats, cheeses and breads galore!! To a full English, crepes and pancakes. What ever your tastes you are sure to find something here, they have EVERYTHING!
We did dine one night in the Cape Cod buffet restaurant of the hotel, again, all you can eat and with starter, main and desert there was enough variety for everyone.

Would we stay again: Yes!
Would we recommend the hotel: YES!

Stayed: June 2018, travelled as a couple

With the 25th anniversary this year there was a lot deals on offer. We got a package for new port bay hotel with a half board meal plus plan.

The hotel was excellent, we chose to stay in a compass club room and this is highly recommended as this has the extras of having access to compass club lounge which makes a big difference. The compas club rooms were also on the top 2 floors of the hotel and the room was very spacious. The only negative point is that the rooms are not provided with complimentary bottles of water everyday, they give you a large bottle of water as gift on your first day. Bottles of water cost 3.50eur which is extortionate. The hotel is classed as 4 stars and not to provide bottles of water everyday is disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

The meal plan is a good idea but you need to know which restaurants are good. The plus plan gives an extra 15 places to choose compared to the standard plan

We decided to go with a buffet option as we had a 2 year old and trying to sit in a proper restaurant with a young child will be a nightmare. With the buffet option we thought it will be easier as there will more choice and you can get food straight away when shown your table.

We chose cape cod and parkside diner

Cape Cod - food choice was good but my wife disagreed. It was lively and the staff was very friendly. I would good choose this restaurant again. There was a good choice of food, not great but good.

Parkside diner - the food was awful, staff ok and the restaurant was empty. Everything was overcooked and the choice was very limited. If I had known, I would booked somewhere else. I felt a bit cheated for the amount of money I paid for the meal plan. Right next to Parkside diner there was the Manhattan and walked in as it had an Iron man Statue at the door and we had a look inside the restaurant and it was very appealing. The staff was very nice and welcoming unfortunately we used our meal plan vouchers in the other restaurant.

The attractions -

Having a 2yr old with us limited our choices in rides and the attractions that were available were always busy with a minimum wait time of 30mins, luckily we had hotel fast passes because we chose to stay in a compass club room. The downside to the passes is that you cannot use them between 1pm and 4pm which found out on the last day and could not use as our eurostar was leaving at 5pm.

Disney it’s a magical place and being able to be there with your kids for 3 days it’s something wonderful to look forward.
When booking the hotel, tried to go the extra mile and booked a “good 4 starts” hotel.
I double-checked that breakfast was included, what I didn’t know was that it wasn’t in the hotel...It was inside the park with hundreds and hundreds of other people from other hotels in a place that was far from being prepared to everyone.. today it took me 80 MINUTES to go over the queue and be able to have some food, my kids (5 yrs old and 7) during this time were (of course) complaining and sitting on the floor of the restaurant. The food it’s absolutely horrible, you can get better in any vending machine (I’m not exaggerating). Not only is horrible as there’s only two options, sweet or savory.
Finally worth noticing, the hotel rooms don’t have mini-bar, no water, nothing.
Average to bad rooms, reasonable bed.
If you’re reading this and it’s too late because you already booked DON’T GO FOR THE HOTEL BREAKFAST, CHOOSE TO SPEND A FEW € AND BUY SOMETHING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Staff ( minus 1 who was lovely) were extremely rude, not willing to help and were miserable. There were no happy faces, smiles, genuine greetings from anyone. The concierge were rude and very unhelpful. The room was ok, no mini fridge or tea/ coffee making facilities though, although there was a machine at the end of the corridor. Prices were extremely expensive, £26 for 3 small cokes and 2 small bottles of lager, food is cheap junk food at restaurant prices. Disney parks were very grubby, and desperately need a make over, again food and drinks in the park are very expensive, 3 coffees and a donut was £15. We’ve been to Florida 18 times and had a fantastic magical time each time with not 1 complaint, were all so disappointed in Disneyland Paris, will never go back and wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money, save up for Florida.
