They have not a good customer service. I made a trip to the office, and nobody is there. Somebody told me, the owner would have been in France at the moment. I think they could write it on the internet that the sool is closed. I find this somehow important.

The guys here are really great. They have taught me and my wife and now my 10 year old son. They always treat customers well and will not take money from you or try to teach you when the conditions are not good enough (lots of schools will....) They have a rescue boat and always teach one on one or sometimes there are 2 instructors for one student which is brilliant. Their course is a fixed price (currently 9,000 THB) which will normally last 3 days. They will make sure you are up and running before you leave and if you take longer than expected they don't charge extra.

There is a bar and restaurant (Nature Bar) adjoining the kite school which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a lovely sense of being welcomed by all the staff in these 2 establishments. I definitely recommend taking your kite lessons here as you are guaranteed to ride (if there is wind) and if not, soak up the ambience and make some new friends!!

We were at the beach and checked out the store for rental. After long talk went watching for the spot.

Talked about meeting next day, noone at the shop. After a call we were told that we didn't come in time which wasn't true at all. After discussing decided to ask for halfday-rental, didn't get any discount for that though it was the shops fault.
When we were at the beach saw another group arriving for kitesurfing. Had a chat with them and asked about lessons, which sounded pretty well! Talked to one of the guys being taught, he was amazed about the lessons! They got a boat which they use to get the best spots on the island concerning wind conditions. Better go to KBA close Chillout Bar for Kitesurfing on Koh Samui!
