Actual stay was in June 2012 with a friend (but trip advisor didn't allow me to choose that travel month, so hope it's fine). Writing it now as I flipped over the pages of my photos from my last trip there.
We stayed at the beach front deluxe room with spacious private garden terrace, a very few steps away from feeling the white silky sand on my feet to the beach.
The memory still lingers. The Thai yellow rice served in a pineapple acted as a plate as well as a decoration to invite curious persons like me to try :)
Such a delicacy with a bowl of Tom Yum soup on the side and a cold beverage drink on the other side, plus smiling waiters serving as I enjoyed the view of the beach from the restaurant. SUPERB!

So, stayed there for 4 nights 5 days. The check in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly. I was holding an Accor gold membership, so we got the benefits of complimentary souvenirs, fast check in, welcome drink upon arrival, late check out (which we didn't use), etc.
Room was great. It was one kind of rooms I liked to stay. Close to nature... separate shower and bathtub, spacious room with big bathroom.
I felt very relaxing the whole stay at the resort... We tried all the restaurants. They had live music too by the pool when we had the buffet dinner.

During our stay, we tried different kinds of tours arranged by the activity department of the resort. So it was great.
Overall stay was very memorable. I would like to compliment one guy at the front office (night shift)... He handled our inquiries after midnight and he seemed really helpful and sincere regardless our requests... (too bad I don't have the name of the nice guy again on hand...)
But he sure made our trip very worthy. I hope he's still there and already got promoted for his great job and contribution to make guests' stay a pleasant one.

Room Tip: Beach front room with garden terrace for those who love to be so close to nature

The entrance is impressive; a spacious, airy and well designed foyer, and you may be ushered to a nice seating area to fill in check in forms. This bar/lounge area overlooks one of two pools and the bay is is very nice. Staff told us the hotel was just under 2 years old, so everything looks good and new. There are 2 wings of rooms bordering this pool, and a very long other wing, which is quite a long walk from the lobby/dining room. The room itself was nicely decorated; good AC, flat screen TV with loads of channels and a comfortable king size bed. The shower head was not so clever - the holder could not be tightened and so you hand held it or tried to wedge it into the pipework to get a good spray. Some friends reported the same. Minor gripe; I still managed a shower. At this end of the hotel, there is a long second pool which is very nice. Being on such a long footprint of land, there are many loungers on the beach and around the pools. Service around the pools could be a bit more attentive, if you are too lazy to walk up to the bar. Breakfast was good in a nice large air conditioned dining room. Good free wifi.

We were there for a wedding reception of about 40 people. This was superbly run by the hotel staff and luckily we got a perfect blue day in the rainy season. The only drawback of this hotel is that its in the middle of nowhere. So if you are happy chilling by the pool all day with the occasional day/evening trip to Phuket town for example then fine. But if you are used to say Kata/Karon on the west coast and shops/coffee places/restaurants to walk out to when you want a break, don't stay here.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms closer to reception, although they may be more expensive.

At the Onset , I love this place and if you have to spend some time with

yourself , here is a place for you , Its right at the beach . While I was

travelling in the Delegation so had a group Checkin . The Check In cannot be

considered smooth at all , so they offer some non-alcholic drink to make it

smooth .

Room was good along with Shower and Bathtub with personal Gardern at the

Backdrop.

Indian Break fast was avaibale along with Continental , but this is only for

the event that we were into . Crown Phuket has a Beach surrounding the Hotel

and a lovely sunset and sunrise . Good Breakfast and Comfortable room with

Shower .

As per the Cons of it, pretty far from the City Centre and there are no

services like Taxi ,except Tuk tuk , charges approx 1000 TB too costly . And

use to take 1 and half hour to Patong Area , or Down town . Phuket has lot of

place to offer but since we were in this hotel or resort , not much can be

seen .

I recommend this only if you are looking to spend some time around beach and

with Resort nearby , this one is good . I dont recommend for those who would

like to stay near city area . Its far off and traffic is very Bad .

Further the rooms can be very far off from the reception and you might need

to do a lot of walk to reach your room .

Room Tip: Take Hotel Near Reception as others are very far off

We booked an adaman loft suite and I was perfect! Very large and nicely decorated. It was nice having a private patio looking out to the ocean. Loved being able to step from the door into the pool for relaxing night time swims. The view from the room was spectacular. I'm really glad we opted for the larger loft suite as they all have excellent views. Breakfast was great, they have a French chef that makes fresh brioche every morning. Very relaxing beautiful spot! Cheap massages across the street, also a little market. We liked it because I was away from the white trash backpackers and noise on the other side of the island. Book it, you won't regret it.

Room Tip: Get a room with a view.

This place was amazing. Buffet breakfast delicious, pools delightful, free personal training sessions, water and towels at each machine in the gym, staff were beautiful. Very sad to leave! Location is not too far from Phuket town, there's a shuttle bus service or rent a scooter for a bit of adventure!

Secluded but excellent relaxing place, Airport is about 50 minutes drive costs about 1000-1200 baht, private beach, water is not clean but tolerable, waves are high in the mornings/afternoon and recede in the afternoon, plenty of pools afterwards, nice relaxing restaurant, away from town about 20 minutes by taxi, few shops around hotel, entrance and lobby are superb with polite and helping staff, food is good with good breakfast, lots of of lizards, and corridors bit muddy,

Room Tip: suites with pools at ground floor are good some of them duplex
