The owners Steve and Simone try to make your stay pleasant, but the place itself needs some work to do. I would not recommend the two-bedroom bungalow as this is quite poor (a/c was not working properly, the fan made noise etc), but the one-bedroom seaside rooms are small but nice and renovated. Steve gave us some good tips for shopping in Phuket. I also suggest to find Panwa secret baches in web before you go there - the place is on seaside but not on the beach. It was nice, breezy and quiet there, the pool was good, small local market twice a week, some minimarts and massage nearby. You need definetely a car or a bike when you stay there, nothing much to do there. The resting area was good, WIFI worked and it is possible to rent a kayak to go nearby island, one should do it while staying there.
