We went here as part of our honeymoon, recommended by Lonely Planet and hoping for a less expensive alternative to Diani Beach. Bad idea. The first cottage we were in was appalling. There was an enormous hole in the roof which we did not really notice until the rain began. The next morning, we demanded to be moved to another room and the next place was nicer. This is a VERY VERY long way to Diani and the only way you will get there is a cab. Do not consider walking - not possible at least while we were there. The restaurant associated with this place is also VERY bad. Do not eat there - unless you really like cold spagetti, then you should try it. Disappointingly over-priced. We are budget travellers but this was TOO much - too expensive and too crappy. The "beach" in front of the hotel is incredibly small - if there is anyone else on the beach there will not be room for both of you. You will find yourself wishing you were elsewhere....
