We arrived after spending four nights in New York so didn't have the usual jet lag which made a nice change.

The hotel was a lot smaller than we are used to and the first impression was a bit disappointing as it does look a bit shabby from the outside, intact we thought the taxi had taken us to the wrong hotel. But we received a very warm welcome from Marcia who gave us a refreshing rum punch and cold towels.

Check in was extremely quick and by the time we had gone to have some lunch our luggage was in our room. When we pulled the curtains back we were greeted by the most amazing view of the sea. I would recommend a sea view block every time, as we were celebrating our 35th anniversary we had a bottle of champagne and some locals sweets left for us which was a very thoughtful touch.

Our room was spacious with plenty of hanging space, I didn't have enough coat hangers but that was quickly remedied with a call to reception. The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom could be modernised but the shower was fine and we always had plenty of hot water.

A very useful facility was the small laundry room which I used a couple of times when it was raining. You need to have 10 old dollar notes but reception or the shop will change it for you.

The food in both restaurants was first class, I've not stayed in an all inclusive and had such high quality cuisine. Five days out of seven it was novo cuisine with a buffet for the other two. The Azul was equally exceptional and you are allowed to eat there twice a week. You do need to book your table for dinner at breakfast time each day, but we always got the time we requested.

We went on two trips with virgin, the first was the catermaran with all food and drink provided for the day, we were told we would see lots of turtles but only saw one, but did see lots of fish. That evening we went down to beach after dinner to witness a turtle laying her eggs. I will cherish that memory forever.

We also went on a trip around the island, unfortunately the weather wasn't too good so didn't get the stunning views that I'd hoped for. ( bear in mind it's their rainy season in august, and when it rains, it really rains!) but it's worth a trip.

We also went horse racing, what a great experience that was, didn't have a clue what we were doing, and the races were all behind schedule ( Bajans don't rush) but it was great fun mixing with all the local.

Oistins is a must on a Friday night and so is a trip to Bridgetown, although I was disappointed as I imagined it would be a lot bigger than it is. There a couple of big department stores but nothing special.

The staff at the Sea Breeze really made our stay special and I would like to name just a few. Marcia, wavell, Chesterfield, Judy and Norma who were simply lovely.

We also met some really nice people while we were there and I felt we like a family.

Thank you once again to all the staff for making it a special holiday for us.

Room Tip: 329 has a great view of the beach, loved waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning and we had the cutest little bird come and see us every day

We returned this week from a 10 day stay at the Sea Breeze (8/8 - 18/8). We all had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff; bar, water sports, restaurant, house keeping and reception staff could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The food was superb and varied. Lots of choice - even with 2 kids that are fussy eaters. The water sports staff were great at entertaining the teenagers & the facilities really were superb. Even though I was I'll for the first 6 days, I would still class this as one of my best holidays and our boys really didn't want to leave. The virgin catamaran trip was superb.

Private, quiet, and beautiful hotel spot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was great and the menu was slightly different each day. We were able to walk to Oistin's for the fish fry Friday night, which I definitely recommend. The area was safe.

Myself and my Wife spent a week at the Sea Breeze in June for our Honeymoon and it was brilliant from start to finish. Nice rooms, great variety and quality of food (even better in the awesome Al-a-carte), The facilities are excellent, two lovely pools, nice bars, restaurants, nice beach, gym, watersports free of charge, the list goes on. The staff are some of the friendliest you can find and they cannot do enough for you.
Oystins is within walking distance for a great Friday night out and you can get a bus at the end of the road for travelling around the Island.
All in all a fantastic place, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday at the Sea Breeze from the 25th July 2014. The staff are lovely, the food quality excellent and the beach maintained beautifully. We made the most of the entertainment and was always up first for a dance and really enjoyed ourselves! We will not mention any particular staff but will say that they made the difference to really making our stay so memorable. I hope you remember us to! (Room 310). Top floor ocean view - lovely.

Thanks to all the Sea Breeze Family.
