“Great food and great ambience”
Reviewed 29 April 2013

I've been to Naniki's four times and each time was as good if not better than the last. I always go for the Sunday brunch which offers the best Bajan cuisine that the island has to offer. The view and the hands on service from the manager, Tom Hinds is excellent. The live jazz, featuring some of the best musicians anywhere is food for the soul. I saw this genius pianist named Danny Mixon from New York accompanied by a saxophone player also from NY. Fantastic!!!!

“Hard to find, a bit too serious and nice food.”
Reviewed 16 March 2013

First of all you have to be able to find the restaurant. We did at the end, after trying a few bad directions. It seems that the owner, Mr Heinz is aware of it but so far no action. We went for lunch and were seated straight away, given the menu and also an overview of the what was on offer and the specials ofthe day. Very corteous waitress but rather methodical and serious. At one point I wondered if this was a visa application!! The food was delicious despite having to wait for a long time between the starter and the main. This put us off against having deserts.Request for a table in the terrace, if it is not too windy and enjoy yourselves.

“Amazing location!”
Reviewed 6 March 2013

This place is phenomenal when it comes to its panoramic view of a beautiful valley of wilderness (forest) that spans for miles to the atlantic ocean. Without a doubt a sight to behold that is forever unforgettable! Lush Life guesthouses on the premises offer accommodations that are cozy, tidy, efficient, remote, and private! Truly a piece of heaven in paradise!

“Great Sunday buffet”
Reviewed 20 February 2013 via mobile

This was our second time to this hidden gem. Great local food and what an incredible view of the Atlantic. Staff are incredibly friendly and you won't leave hungry. Hard to find so make sure you follow the signs. Not a place to go if you only like the type of restaurants in the Holetown area.

“Amazing views in a tropical paradise”
Reviewed 10 February 2013

Well it took me 4 years to find this retreat but finally i made it. Just so difficult to find. The signs need to be replaced and new signs put up especially. When you arrive as you are not sure if it is a house at a dead end or what.... The resturant needs some new table mats and cushions, plus new cutlery but the views up in the hills of st.joseph are breathtaking. The owner tom hinds a ver shrewd gent has built 10 bungalows in the grounds for rental and has plans for further business ventures. The service is slow and you are not given a menu and although the food is buffet style you have to ask what is inside the stainless steel containers, and you will then be served. The food is typically bajan which is tasty but you are not made to feel very welcome which is a shame. There are jazz sessions sundays but the staff were not sure when i asked. With a bit more organization and improvements it could be a great restaurant
