One of the best ways to describe this Osteria is it simply ticks the boxes of everything you would expect from the romantic ideologies of eating in Tuscany. The Osteria is typically rustic, the staff are typically warm and engaging and the surrounding views are typically stunning. The food itself was exceptional with course after course of mouth watering delights to go perfectly with the recommended wine (Tuscany is much more than Chianti). One point to note is the meat will come to you rare as that's how it's meant to be served so if you're someone who prefers to ruin their meat I suggest you make this clear from the beginning! The place is small so be sure to book in high season but this is an experience that's so worthwhile you'll not mind that little inconvenience.
