We did the wine paired tasting menu on our honeymoon. Worth every penny! This place is amazing!

The chef, Alex, came out and spoke with us and answered any questions.

Stellar sunset views! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and SO romantic. The wine list is as exceptional as the food. Chef Alex's creations are heaven. The tuna tartar, king scallops with pork belly and blackened fresh catch can only be surpassed by Chef Alex's famous cheesecake! What a charming place!!

You absolutely can't beat the view from Sheer Rocks! Its such a beautiful and intimate setting, I'd highly recommend for any couple looking for a romantic dinner. The food was good, a very unique menu. No complaints about the meal, but there was definitely a lack of a wow-factor relating to the food. But the drinks, that's a different story. They were amazing! I had probably the best Mojito ever, topped off with a fresh sugar cane stick. The drinks were incredibly creative and very well executed. My husband had a terrific old fashioned and another drink that I wish I could remember.
Overall, this is definitely a place I'd recommend checking out. The views are worth it, however I think now that we've been once we'd prefer to check out the other gems that Antigua has to offer in the future.

Visited Sheer Rocks wilst staying on Antigua last week. The restaurant was recommended by a friend who also visited this year and we were not disappointed. Beautiful west facing setting makes a great location for a sundowner so aim to get there about 6.00pm. Atmosphere was relaxed and we ate on one fo the dining paviliions overlooking the sea. The food was delicious (mainly European dishes) as was the bottle of Gavi. Had a great chat with Alex the chef/owner. Only slight comment to note was the pre-printed menu which included dishes not in season (a little odd?) eg the three lobster dishes were not available. 2 cocktails, 2 starters and main courses, a bottle of wine and coffee £128.

Chef Alex has the best location in Antigua over looking the Caribbean sea, and food that will delight your palette. It is just the right amount, with flavour bursting combinations. I suggest going around 5-6pm so you can catch sunset. The mojitos with sugar cane are incredible. The food was so good I tipped the Chef more than the service people. It was ridiculously good. Actually, no words can express how good it is. Call a cab and get your butt to Sheer Rocks! You can thank me later.
