We stayed here while visiting Venice. It was a great fallout location. Since it was only a 10 minute car plus a 20 minute train commute. The owners of the B&B welcomed us kindly and gave us some useful tips on where to eat and park. And then they let us be. The room was really nice and clean but, there were some downsides. While we were there it was 37 degrees Celsius. Since the room is on the top floor, the room was hot! And because there were no mosquito nets or those screen doors, we either had to sleep in a 30C room or in a 27C mosquito filled room (dumb us, we went for the last one).
The second night the owners gave us a fan, but with hot air all around you, there is no use for a fan. The second problem was that there was a skylight in the roof, without curtains, so we were wide awake at 6.
Breakfast is served in a kitchen/family room, which worked great for us since we were the only ones there. The breakfast was pretty much self-service but since it was Italian, it was somewhat skimpy for our standards.
Nice and clean B&B, friendly owners, but skip this place in the mid summer.More
