Of the three places I visited while in the Yasawas, this was by far my favorite! The staff were friendly, the food was AMAZING, great activities, and the beach was idyllic! I will definitely be back the next time I am in Fiji.

Room Tip: Any room is a good room. I stayed in the dorms and they were lovely.

We just returned from a 7 day holiday at Blue Lagoon Resort staying in one of the Palm Villas. The accomodation was wonderful. Good layout and lots of space for a family of 5. The food was delicious and provided a good selection of choices to suit all of us. We travelled with our 9 and 11 year old children and my older sister and all of us were well looked after. The snorkelling right on your doorstep was great and we did the snorkelling trip to another reef for an additional charge which was well worth it. All the staff were delightful and eager to please. The cave trip is well worth it although diving down to the enter the second cave entrance was not for me! You need to check the activities book as soon as you get there though as the cave trip and all of the other additional boat trips fill up very fast and if you dont get in quick you may miss out. This is truly a special place that I would highly recommend it to families and couples in search of a relaxing holiday.

Room Tip: Palm Villas are in a great location but are close to the pool so are a bit noisey

Wow - what a fabulous place to stay, for both families and couples. We had 5 fabulous nights here and would definatley come back. The food is amazing and fresh. We staying in a Garden Villa, which was very clean, but doesnt have a fridge or tea or coffee making facilities that the new villas have (Villas 19-25), however tea and coffee are always avalible in the resturant.

The snorkling and mountain walks are great and a must to do.

I would encourage everyone to spend some time here. (Tip) get the Yasawas Ferry there then the sea plane back, which only takes 30min by air, direct to the airport).

Room Tip: Choose the newer Villas 19-25 they have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilites.

Position of resort is lovely, nice sandy beach.Local, easy Snorkeling: saw plenty of fish but coral was bit dull, not sure if it is damaged or if it is just not really as colourful as we expected. Our room 2 br deluxe beachfront (v6 )was a bit tired and needs a refurbish. Floors, shower tiling, taps too long for the basin etc. newer villas looked great. Still it was comfortable and the open air shower is lovely idea and day bed on verandah great spot to read and relax. There are mice around in roof and other guests had same. Management is trying to address this. Pool was clean and lovely. Would be nice to have some individual day beds near pool rather than just bench lounges and lounge covers needed a wash.

Food is exceptionally good. Kids are well catered for food wise too.

Would have liked a second movie night for adults instead of just sun night. Kids could watch movie in tv room/ massage hut each night after dinner whilst parents finished meal.

The Village and school visit were great, a real highlight but we would have liked to stay longer and actually talk with kids and locals. The school Kids sang beautifully for us in the hall, then we were ushered away and asked to leave our donations/ gifts in a pile on the floor. Our children wanted to meet and actually play/ interact with the local children

The 'kids club' is not really what one would expect. There is not a dedicated building/ sign in etc but local ladies are about, mostly they sit near the pool and offer activities to the choldren. I believe this arrangement is new and doesn't seem very organised. We found the ladies lovely but like most villagers they seemed shy and not dynamic enough to engage the kids in the activities, so a lot of the time they wouldn't join in. Or else we simply didnt know there were activities on. We asked them to watch over our kids in the pool one day whilst we went on a snorkel trip. We Came back to find our kids had returned to villa alone for a
shower and no one had missed them! Luckily the resort is small, seems very safe and our kids are confident swimmers.

Overall, the kids loved the freedom of roaming about safely with other kids. They would get up & head off to the beach or breakfast when they wanted and generally parents got plenty of free time! We all got a mild case of gastro as did several other groups although not enough to ruin the trip. We drank only the filtered water provided at the bar.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights and had an incredible time. We stayed in a garden bure complete with outdoor sunbed, hammock and an outdoor bathroom too! It was stunning not to mention very clean.
The food at the resort was delicious and there was a decent selection of meals to choose from.
The sea was crystal clear and great for snorkelling, with no strong current or big waves.
All the staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Thank you for a fantastic stay!
