Wow, I had a first time Sunday lunch like this!! It was rice with beets, macaroni pie, stew chicken, red beans, callaloo and a fresh salad. It was a lot of food yet appropriately portioned. It was delicious. Friendly staff, the view was amazing. Beautiful, relaxing and very enjoyable.

We had been looking all over the island for flying fish sandwiches and finally found them by the pool at Blue Waters Inn and they were delicious. We had a look at a couple of rooms and they looked great, albeit expensive. The snorkeling was good, but the stony bottom a few feet off shore, which must be navigated to get to deeper water, was uncomfortable. Lovely infinity pool, but the adjoining hot tub wasn't hot.

Having visited the fantastic Blue Waters inn several times over the past few years, it is with trepidation that we would visit the restaurant. However, with a decline in the standard of nearby eateries, our hand was forced. What a nice surprise though! The food was really nicely prepared and some new faces among the waiting staff are friendly and helpful. It is on an upward trajectory and I would like to say a big well done to the management staff (and new cook?) for bringing the kitchen up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Was there recently for lunch while driving around the island, food was very tasty, well displayed, and the staff were friendly. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, with a spectacular view out to Goat Island and Little Tobago.

The restaurant is open onto a beautiful location in Speyside with the ocean just a few feet away. Just the bar part of this restaurant was open when we stayed at the inn for a week. Lunch is very casual with a sign that states clothing should be dry and bathing suits covered. In the evening, things get dressed up a little with tablecloths and candles; so, the men may want to wear pants and a polo shirt, but shorts are acceptable. There are no plastic dining chairs, here, like other restaurants in Speyside.

For lunch, there are burgers, sandwiches, and wraps served with thick, homemade fries or salad ($75 TT). You could also get a fish or chicken meal ($85 TT) but I found the chicken to be dry. Everything else was good. The flying fish sandwich is filling and delicious.

Dinner is a little pricier with the same sized servings as lunch but there are different options and on the weekend a "special" is offered. You can choose from 2 or 3 courses and the price includes dessert; however, if you don't want dessert, the price is reduced accordingly. Prices started at $95TT for 2 courses and no dessert for the special and then increased from there. The dinner menu did change regularly. The kingfish is excellent.

Table service was good and service from the bar was average.
