So many people recommended this restaurant that we had to try it and were really looking forward to our "meal of the week". Of the four starters two were very good and two were adequate. The wine was good. However for the main course three of us ordered a lamb dish. It was so tough and full of gristle that we left most of it. We decided not to complain but our young waiter was not at all happy and asked if the meal was to our liking. We wanted to be tactful and said that we had tried to chew it but that it was just too tough. He ignored the comment and took our plates away. I have to believe that we were very unfortunate in our choice and that the food is normally of a much higher standard. However we were disappointed in how the situation was dealt with.
