Lefkes Village Hotel

I am almost reluctant to write a good review on this hotel as the best part of staying here was the peacefulness. Chances that if you are in Paros then you are island hopping and have had a lot of beach so it's nice to find refuge here where all rooms look over the hills. The pool is relaxing and there is wi-fi available in the main areas.

This hotel seems to host quite a few communitry events to you may be able to time your stay to co-incide with this. I think they make jams from the fruits they grow! You can try these at breakfast - which is a hearty buffet style.

You will need a car to get here and to get around but I think staying here is well worth it. The hotel is a short few mins walk from the main street of restaurants.

Enjoy your stay!

Lefkes Village Hotel was situated at the entrance of Lefkes Village. The interion space in reception and the restaurant have a special decorative style using furniture such as sofas, tables and others which are inspired by the insular style combined with modern elements. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpfull and the general sense you feel , is "like home". Rooms are clear, spacious with balcony which has a great view on the hills of Paros but what I really appreciate is that the breakfast icluded delicious homemade items instead of trade products something that counts on my overall impression for the hotel. Apart from that I find very interesting the museum which works in a special place of the hotel which exposes photos, tools, furniture, spices coming from Aegean Islands and showing their customs and their everyday life. Of course there are conducted tours guided by the staff. I think is a Hotel that you can relax because it has a feeling of true peace of quiet with an unforgetable view .

This is the place! Very nice hotel, pure ''hotel de charme'' with great service. Personel is smart and very customer satisfaction oriented. Cooking is absolutely fine. And even if the hotel is outside the Village of Lefkes, it is only a few minutes to reach the Village. Price are a little bit over charged but worth it.

Although rooms are rather simple, this hotel is exactly what you need for a quiet vacation. The view is fantastic, breakfast is generous with lots of homemade treats and hotel staff couldn't be friendlier. Plus you get a well-sized pool and a local museum on the ground floor...The village Lefkes is in walking distance and offers a couple of excellent restaurants and a very laid back atmosphere. Propably hasn't changed much in the last 30 years or so.

Room Tip: Make sure your room has a balcony with a view over the valley (most of them have)

I had stayed at this hotel last year while leading a workshop on "The Odyssey". The group loved the hotel: the setting, the rooms, the staff. All of them longed to return. I did with my wife this year for our 40th anniversary. It was really a great stay and the hotel, the town and the setting of both are like a small Eden.

We stayed at Lefkes Village Hotel for four nights in a superior room. I cannot thank the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, they made our trip very special. The breakfasts were delicious as were the main courses for lunch and dinner. From our experience the food in the hotel was reasonably priced and of a much better quality than the food in the town. The drinks were a lot more expensive though. We found a trip to the local supermarket and a drink in our room before dinner kept costs down. The pool, rooms and hotel was very clean.

The only downside is that it is based inland, however there is a (roughly) hourly bus which will take you to the main destinations on Paros. We changed hotels to be closer to the sea and nightlife (Parikia) and found the next hotel was of a much lower quality and in hindsight would have preferred to stay where at Lefkes village.

If you are looking for a romantic location, good food, relaxation and a central point to explore from at a reasonable price then I would definitely consider Lefkes Village.
