Amazing place, lovely rooms, your own private beach encased with rocks and beautiful pools... a great place to stay and highly recommended!

The prices are high end and the food although very good is quite expensive for what you get. Drinks also expensive compared to the rest of the island but then again you dont go to a fantastic boutique hotel and scrimp on the cost of things!

the staff were amazing, always very friendly and courtious, Lucas came round every monring and spoke to everyone to ask if all was ok.

we did find the hotel was away from teh busy Lamai beach and bars but thats what we wanted, and it was only a short taxi or even scooter ride away if we wanted it. The sunday market at Lamai beach is brilliant and worth checking out too.

Also as much as people try and tell you not too hiring a scooter to get round the island is a must and the fun you can have is nothign short of brilliant!

highly recommend this hotel and would go back...

thanks for helping to make our honeymoon perfect

Attended a friends wedding and had a wonderful time. The location was stunning and friendly helpful staff. Anne the wedding planner was fabulous. They even found my lost purse. Would recommend to friends who want the luxury and tranquility of a tropical beach holiday and has easy access to town but you will yourself making excuses not to have to go anywhere as it a such beautiful resort.

This hotel was a dream. The staff was so kind and the attention to detail was superb. We spent 9 wonderful days relaxing there. The room was modern, tastfully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We had to leave for another hotel because a repeat guest wanted our room. That's how nice it was. You may want the same room, same experience. I was concerned about mosquitoes but there's no reported malaria in this area and they had so many ways to prevent insects it was not a concern. The food....was just first class. The breakfast very special to say the least. The property was located in a discreet area of the beach so it felt like you were not crowded although they said they were fully occupied. We loved it!

Room Tip: All the rooms were unique. The only difference, there were rooms near the beach but the rooms on the hilly part of the resort were cozy and the pool was at your door step. The lush landscape makes each unit private and I loved the fans on the generous porches. Some units had more steps than others. Just a very beautiful location.

We had a 14 night stay between the 20/9 to 6th Oct at what could only be described as our "own little bit of paradise".from the initial booking on arrival we were met by extremely helpful, curteous and friendly staff this set the standard of service for the rest of our stay. We were upgraded on arrival to an Ocean View room which was extremely stylish inside.however, both myself and my partner are light sleepers and found that the air conditioning fans of other rooms kept us awake. We informed the staff at reception who upgraded us to a beach front villa (305)."Amazing Villa with a stunning outlook" but again next doors fan kept us awake. The following morning at breakfast Lucas (who was a credit to the hotel)enquired how our room was, we told him we were still having problems with a noisy fan he informed us that he would rectify this.he was as good as his word as we were immediately upgraded again to the owners two storey house A999. OMG! We thought we had died and gone to heaven. We ate in the Bistro for all 14 nights the food, service, entertainment and all round amazing value for money. There are to many staff to mention individually, who made our stay idyllic, however we would like to mention Lucas,Pac,Aow,Teiw,Jack,Polly,Cherry,Kiow. All the staff were a credit to Rockys! the facilities on offer were excellent including the lovely little beach.Don't change a thing it's just Perfect.

My Husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon for four days and had an incredible time! We were upgraded to the Junior Suite Beachfront room ( room 307). It was a beautiful room with a nice ocean breeze when you open the door. However, we were across from the massage table and you could hear the staff and guests talking if you have your door open. We did try to take a nap with the door open to have some fresh ocean air in the room, and was woken up with people talking. The pools are great and the beach is nice. As stated by previous reviewers, the beach is very rocky and rough on the feet, but the hotel provides water shoes for you to enjoy the ocean. The food at the restaurant is pricey, but very delicious and worth every penny! The hotel is in walking distance of cheap restaurants and spas. If its nice out, I would highly recommend walking around the town, just be careful of traffic! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying when we return!

Room Tip: Get a massage in town, they are cheaper and just as great!
