the hotel was very nice and the rooms clean, food was ok , the only thing that spoilt it was the russians very ignorant did not queue and greedy with food ,plates piled that high, wonder they could see over the plates. while we where there a couple had a fall, staff seemed to have no first aiders on site. ~(just hope the chap was ok has was informed by one of the managers he was in intensive care)

My family and i stayed at the Eden Roc Rhodes from 24th July to 6th August 2013 . We had a fantastic holiday with every aspect of the holiday a credit to the Eden Roc , its staff and facilities. We read other reveiws with disbelief and utter amazement. The food was superb with an amazing choice of fresh different produce every day. All the hotel and restaurant staff were very happy and extremely helpful. The animation team Matteo Michel Natasha were superb in every respect. The rooms were clean and spaceous, and were cleaned daily as was the hotel in general. The clients at the hotel were multi national including Russians ,Norwegians ,French some Italian and some Ukrainians. We made some amazing friendships with all these nationalities. We would definitley holiday at the Eden Roc again and please dont be seduced by all these ridiculous whinging comments , most of which are rubbish.

Very clan. Pebble private beach. Water sports available. Very good breakfast. Wifi in every place (but expensive). Next to rhodes town but You absolutely need a car. Nice animation for kids. Small swimming pools.

Room Tip: All inclusive is the batter choice

The rooms were modern and well furnished. Plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom small, but clean and plenty of towels. We had a sea view, but had to pay extra for it. The food was lovely. Men have to wear long trousers for dinner. But some nationalities ignore this rule. The pools were great, they are filled with salt water. The large pool has the entertainment team around it. Ok if you are a young something. We tended to stay away from it. The hotel is really big, so I don't think the staff, interact with there guest well. Not much around the hotel, so not many walks. Ok for a weeks break.

Room Tip: Don't have a room overlooking the main pool. The bar is there.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel. The room is great, the staff is very friendly. They have a very big swimming pool. The only inconvenient was the food. You don't have many choices. I wouldn't recommend all inclusive. If you don't speak Russian, it is better to stay away from this hotel. It's like you are in Russia, not Greece. There are a lot of rude Russian in the hotel.
