The kids loved the pool. That means so did we parents. It was easy for a non-swimmer and swimmer alike. The facilities around it made it easy to set up poolside for much of the day and we liked the club sandwiches and hamburgers we could order at the pool bar.
The kids club was a hit with our 6-year old. The staff were from the UK so our kids could speak English with them. They were also part of the evening entertainment show, so our daughter was thrilled to see her 'friends' during the day and evening. It made for a cozy, homey feeling.
Our rooms felt a bit far off (we were way at the end) and it was a bit dark down those long corridors, but inside the room was roomy and we had a view (in the distance) of the sea. So not all bad.
Breakfast and dinner (we were half-board) offered lots to choose from and satisfied each of us. Nothing terribly great or poor to report.
The beach was not really kid-friendly, but that probably made it really nice for the people without kids. We didn't opt for it, but because we could have left the kids with the kid's club, I suppose we could have enjoyed some time in those lounge chairs by the sea. Ah, another time.
