We had a fantastic holiday and our stay at the Pinos Park was perfect. Food and cleanliness of the hotel outstanding.
Only criticism we had was that there was no club for children aged 9 to teens, only a mini club which was a little disappointing to start with until my youngest nephew found his feet and some friends his own age.
The swimming pool was lovely, but rather cold!
Resort very quiet, with only a couple of supermarkets and cafe/bars, great if you are looking for a relaxing/lazy holiday.
The hotel bar in the evenings is outside, which is great when the weather is warm, but the nights were chilly, so we did not make full use of the evening entertainment and opted for the small bar across the road, which I would highly recommend for food as well as a nice quiet drink, very friendly and welcoming.
Overall lovely family hotel.

Room Tip: Dont bother with sea views, pool side views are just as good, my room I could see both :o)

We arrived with high expectations for a week 'all inclusive' and from the welcome champagne to the departing handshake from the receptionist, we were 100% justified in our choice of hotel for our family holiday. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well kept and beyond all the entire staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are perfect but if you want to upgrade go for the studio rooms at the very front of the hotel, the view from the sea view rooms is a bit blocked by all the trees and we spent zero time on our balcony and saw no-one else using theirs either. The hotel caters mainly for an 80% German clientele, but do not let this put you off, as food wise you get a real treat, with Spanish, German, French and English influences being served via a buffet with hot food also being prepared fresh on hot plates by real character chefs. The hotel has 3 pools with two being really child friendly and the 3rd being a bit more adult orientated. Loads of sun loungers available and the pool area gets sun all day long. The animation team are superb with a lots to do kid and adult wise during the day and evening, they promote all activities really well, but are not over pushy. All inclusive was an excellent option and we would recommend it. My only comment would be that the kids disco every evening needs to be varied maybe twice a week to include the kids from 7 years up to teenager, not much on in the evening for that age group. I would suggest some type of proper disco with current music, before the main stage show, on as I said possibly twice a week. However, that said we had a fantastic week and many thanks to all those at Pinos Park hotel for making our week so memorable.

This was our first all inclusive holiday with our two daughters aged 6 and 3. We had an absolute blast! The staff were happy and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was very clean and well maintained. And the bed most beautiful cove beach sits just steps away. We all had something to do. It is very family friendly without being annoying. I will recommend Pinos Park to anyone thinking of Mallorca as a holiday destination.

A well managed hotel with a lovely setting - we were so well looked after from the day we arrived until our departure.
The staff were professional, caring and helpful.
The hotel and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The animation team work so hard to please everybody.
The food buffet has plenty of choice and is well presented, and to see the Director of the hotel carving the meats was a nice touch.
The air conditioning works better than anywhere else we have stayed before.
We will return...

Room Tip: our family room was spacious and have great views of the pool and beach.

Stayed in a Suite mid Sept. This place is hard to fault, lovely setting, good food, spotlessly clean and next to a beautiful beach. The sheer dedication of the staff is probably the most impressive feature - The hotel management must be very proud and acts as a model for other hotels to follow. Special mention to Violetta, Alessandro and Simone - their enthusiasm and dedication is remarkable but really could not fault any of the staff.

We were the only English guests but I feel is place is somewhere us Brits are missing out on! Honestly speaking I would not recommend this for couples as the hotel is so family orientated, for instance, if you wanted a quiet drink at night there is only one bar open which is where the mini disco and entertainment is shown so if you need to attract other tourists I think another adults only bar would be beneficial but apart from that no complaints!

Room Tip: Sea view- it's worth it!

We stayed at Pinos Park in late August and would thoroughly recommend it for a family holiday resort - our party comprised 2 x adults + 2 children (5 years & 20 months).

The resort is clean and well maintained and the staff are attentive and professional. We had a room on the ground floor which although booked as a "sea view" was slightly stretching that description. However, we found that to be a bonus as we were ideally situated in terms of convenience to restaurant/pool, whilst being far enough away from the evening entertainment not to be disturbed by it. That's not to say the entertainment was bad - quite the opposite.

The obvious strength of this resort is the focus on the family and children. The animation team, including the mini-club and baby-club facilities, are excellent, and the kids disco every evening is really quite entertaining for adults too because it's great to see your young ones enjoying themselves so much. This also permeates to the other staff - with special mention to our cleaner "Nina" and the waiting staff (Juanpe & Juan) who really do go out of their way to create a relationship and bond with you and your children. The cynical would say that is "tips" based - for me, I genuinely felt they made my kids feel special.

This resort has everything you need if you want to base yourself in one place and don't wish or need to travel to nearby towns - including local shop and supermarket with hopping distance. The beach is also clean, picturesque and not too busy.

If I had to find fault, and I've really struggled to think of one, it would be that there is an assumption that all guests are German! I have no objection to the overwhelming clientele being German with very few English (even though we met another nice family), but if I speak English, with an English accent, then I'm English. I'm not pretending to not be German so don't speak it to me!

Must end on a positive though - if this is anywhere near your shortlist - book it. I always like to travel to new places for new experiences, but this resort was good enough for me to reconsider that approach for next year.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south west side (nearer the sea) will be quieter.

Spent 10 days at this hotel in August. We're a family of 4 with 2 children aged 9 and 7.
This hotel has been recently refurbished so everything looks fairly new and well maintained although the hotel was probably built in the 1980s.

The location is very quiet, just a couple of other hotels in the same area which means the beach (excellent beach) never gets too busy. We also found breakfast and dinner at the hotel not to be too busy, making the whole experience more enjoyable.

Food and facilities were what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. No complaints. The hotel staff deserve a special mention as nothing was too much trouble.

The main reasons for scoring this 4 rather than 5 were: no kettle or cups in the room (although there is a fridge and microwave?!), the entertainment / kids club was in mainly in German with very little English spoken and the room we had backed onto the road, which wouldn't be a problem (as very few cars pass through the resort) but the hotel opposite has their entertainment area on the other side of the road so was very noisy until gone 11pm most evenings.

But overall a very relaxing and pleasant holiday.
