We booked dinner her based on word of mouth. The restaurant is located in the centre of the village and we parked easily right outside. We were a little early but were warmly welcomed by all the staff including the chef from the open kitchen which was a nice start. We were seated in the garden at the rear and despite being a Tuesday in late Sep the place filled up and was almost full. There was about 8 choices for each course on the had written menu which was helpfully translated into both German and English. The restaurant provided our daughter with chalk and encouraged her to draw on the floor of the terrace which we thought was fab, after all it can just be washed away afterwards. The food arrived fairly quickly and was delicious, a lovely balance of flavours and beautifully presented. Warm homemade bread was also provided which was delicious. We'll definitely be returning as its worth the 15 min drive for us.
