I stayed in Ses Sucreres with my wife for one week in July 2013.

To put it simple, Ses Sucreres is an amazing place which I would recommend with no hesitation.

Ses Sucreres is more than a hotel - it is a beautiful place which reflects the nature of their owners: welcoming, peaceful, open, positive. It is a place to relax, take your time and disconnect from your everyday life.

It is perfectly located to explore Menorca. It is situated in the very middle of the island, thus making it easy to reach both the northern and the southern coasts.

We stayed in the suit, which is a beautiful room, with plenty of space, elegant but cozy and calm. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated: the patio and terrace are highlights, where we enjoyed the calm of Ferreries with a nice bottle of local wine.

Breakfast is a treat to enjoy in the patio - we quickly got used to the tradition of pan con tomate in the morning :)

Before concluding, a couple of words for the owners of Ses Sucreres, Stephanie and Ignasi. They are a beautiful couple, who put great effort into Ses Sucreres and are an essential part of your stay in this hotel. They will always be there for you and not only with advice on places to see and beaches to explore. They love Menorca and will make you understand why.

We stayed in Ses Sucreres for a week and loved it. The hotel is intimate, beautifully decorated and delightful. Stephanie is friendly and helpful and takes great care to make sure everything is perfect. It is based in Ferreries which is a friendly town with cafes, restaurants and charming streets with easy access to the rest of the island. We highly recommend it.

Many lovely things have already been written in these reviews of Ses Sucreres, and of Stephanie, who is indeed a delightful and thoughtful host. My wife and I were made to feel very special during our recent 10 days in in her house, and we will remember her, and Ses Sucreres, for a very long time. Thank you, Stephanie.

This was our first visit to the island and this place has been the perfect support for the journey.
We felt ourselves at home with the kind attention of Stephanie.
She took care of us from the beginning and she was always supporting and suggesting the best places, routes and activities.
The place was very clean and convenient, with good and quiet people, and gorgeous breakfast with orange juice, coffee and the tipical toast with and tomato and cured ham.
We are looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

Room Tip: Try to get a suite. They are bigger and the windows open to the patio, not the street.

Authentic Menorcan house in the heart of a busy little town in the centre of the island. We spent a cold blustery weekend here but the warmth of the welcome and the comfort in the house more than made up for the weather! Would love to go back in spring...
A perfect location for exploring Menorca and a great place to stay in winter as the village is still full of life even in low season.

I'd heard of Minorca since 1982 while traveling in Spain, but I never had the chance to visit until recently. The island was everything I expected: beautiful beaches, wonderful hiking, charming towns. But, the best surprise for me was Hotel Ses Sucreres in Ferreries. It's not just the beautiful hotel which was recently remodeled by the owners that is wonderful, Stefanie, one of the owners who my wife and I had the chance to meet and spend time with, is absolutely delightful. She's kind and helpful, telling us the best places to eat, most picturesque beaches, great hiking trails. Ferreries is an extremely charming town, too. I highly recommend Ses Sucreres when you visit Minorca.

This hotel is absolutely charming. It is nicely renovated, without loosing the charme. The rooms are big and clean, the hosts are helpful on every request and the beautiful beaches are 15 car minutes away of Ferreries. Top adress!
