My husband and I spent 4 nights in August 2013 in Aegina; we didn't really plan our trip but were positively surprised and happy to fall by chance on the last room on the island which happened to be at Aeginitiko Archontiko.
the experience was great, Rena the hostess made us feel at home, she's full of positive and strong energy. she handles everything in the hotel of 12 rooms; she received us with her great smile and loud voice, she made us feel this is the 10th time we visit :) she made great breakfast and was always happy to share the local plans
we spent 4 beautiful days, we fell in love with Rena and our simple room; the shower is a bit improvised in the bathroom but we had everything we needed and it was part of the experience.
the hotel is a really beautiful house, down to earth with a lot of character; if you're ready to be pampered as if you were visiting your grandparents, then this is the ideal address.More
