Well off the beaten track, this little bay is a really nice find that you will only discover via quad bike or 4x4. We stopped briefly to photograph the goats on the track before descending to the pebbly beach.
The taverna is literally on the beach - complete with a pebbled floor. Their menu had all the usual Greek snacks and light bites. We ordered Greek salad, Tadziki, tomato balls and fava. They were all reasonably priced and tasted just as they should although overall more heavy on the olive oil than elsewhere we ate.
It was nice to be treated to a complimentary grapes in honey desert before hiring a couple of sunbeds and umbrella and spending the rest of the afternoon on the beach.
Ps use the jetty steps to go swimming - the bay is really shallow and getting in and out is much easier that way!
